Review of Bloktopia (Metaverse - Play2Earn) [EN-ES]

Bloktopia es un “Metaverso” basado en la tecnología Blockchain enfocado en la implementación de tecnología VR (Realidad Virtual) alojado en la red de Polygon, el objetivo principal es crear un universo al que cualquier usuario pueda acceder con el fin de **Aprender, Ganar y Jugar. ¿Aprender sobre qué?, la respuesta es sencilla, la temática principal son las Criptomonedas y el mercado crypto. ¿Como hacerlo?, para poder abordar estos temas los desarrolladores plantean crear una especie de estructura única y especial dividida por "Pisos", aspecto que da a entender que nos topamos con un edificio en el cual cada una de estas subdivisiones tendrá una temática en particular, el piso 1 o piso inicial es el punto de partida de cada jugador en el cual debemos diseñarlo y crear una “Bloktopia Wallet”, la cual también funciona como "Pasaporte".

Ya dejando estas bases claras, es momento de hablar un poco sobre la economía, dentro de este metaverso nos presentan una gran diversidad económica, lo cual me gusta demasiado, ya que es algo futurista y visionario, tenemos un apartado de marketing, salón de eventos, propiedades modificables, juegos personalizados, incluso carteles como los que se aprecian en New York, algo muy a lo “Ready Player One”**, sencillamente excepcional, por esta razón y con sinceridad el proyecto tiene una gran visión.

Simplemente unico, inicialmente cuando escuche del proyecto me llego la impresión de que sería aburrido, algo muy similar a lo que siempre se encuentra, monótono y sencillo. Pero la verdad es totalmente otra, este metaverso llamo mi atención a niveles extraordinarios, una economía diferente, otra forma de administrar fondos, aplicación del marketing y publicidad, áreas de recreación, todo en una cantidad de bloques que puede ser extendida, las oportunidades son infinitas. Incluso se pueden dictar clases de criptomonedas si eso se desea.

Podríamos incluso proyectar esta iniciativa, pónganse en situación con la crisis sanitaria actual que, si bien ya no es tan fuerte, posee realmente muchas limitantes, utilizando tecnología de realidad virtual y Blockchain se podrían incluso impartir clases, dar seminarios, cursos todo esto en un solo metaverso, es algo que a mí en particular me emociona, un desarrollo unico y un valor económico muy atractivo, solucionando problemas y adelantándose un poco a lo que nos presentan en otros proyectos de este tipo. Si me preguntan una muy buena inversión a largo plazo, ademas, *!Se siente como si el futuro fuera hoy¡.

Ahora hablare de la estructura del **"Edificio", esta constara de 21 pisos en los cuales cierta cantidad serán de "Área Común" al cual podrán acceder todos los usuarios portadores de una Bloktopia Wallet, en estos nos remarcan en particular 6 zonas.

Azar: Dentro de esta edificación nos encontraremos con un piso dedicado a los juegos de Azar, en pocas palabras una especie de “Casino”, en el que podremos jugar juegos como: poker, blackjack, ruleta, maquinas etc, donde todas las transacciones se harán en tokens BLOK, algo que en mi opinión está muy interesante, en especial para aquellas personas que les gusta mucho este tipo de juegos.

• CEX: Una zona de trading que también funcionara como “Exchange”, en el cual podremos hacer nuestros tramites dentro del mismo metaverso de Bloktopia.

• Análisis de Mercado: Otro apartado dedicado a las criptomonedas, en el cual podremos participar como observadores en sesiones de algún otro Trader o inclusive darnos a conocer a conocer a nosotros mismos como analistas de mercado, algo que me encanto, porque precisamente es uno de los oficios a los que me dedico.

• Redes: Dentro del Lightpaper, esto no tiene mucha información, asumo que es una especie de zona de encuentro en la cual podemos interactuar con distintas personas y a su vez estas interactuar con nosotros, para poder si se quiere intercambiar algunos recursos dentro del mismo “Metaverso”. Por supuesto, estas son suposiciones mías, pero, es a lo que más se asemeja esta zona.

• Noticias: El apartado siguiente, es un lugar donde podremos ver toda la cantidad de noticias relevantes, publicadas en páginas web de renombre como por ejemplo,*Cointelegraph.

Influencers: Esta es otra zona que no tiene mucha información, pero por lo que puedo alcanzar a ver, es que se trata de una región para creadores de contenido y personas de bastante influencia en el ámbito de las crypto en plataformas como YouTube, Twitch, Twitter etc.

• *Wallet: Comencemos hablando sobre la Wallet, esta tiene varias funciones, la primera es que funciona como una especia de "Pasaporte" para ingresar entre salas y ademas como una tarjeta que podemos utilizar para ingresar nuestros tokens BLOKS (token nativo dentro del metaverso) y con estos efectuar compras internas. Ademas de esto, esta Wallet es compatible con otras cadenas de bloques, las cuales podrán agregarse utilizando llaves privadas, algunas de estas son BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum) y BSC (Binance Smart Chain).

• Avatares: Ahora hablando sobre los "Avatares", estos llamaron mucho mi atención, ya que son sumamente futuristas, con una buena estética y muchas variaciones de diseño, si algo me gusta como jugador de videojuegos es poder personalizar a mis personajes tanto como quiera y tener muchas combinaciones disponibles para hacer que destaque.

Anteriormente comente de los 21 pisos que conforman la estructura de Bloktopia, ahora hablaremos acerca de lo que ellos mismos denominan "Zonas Clave", las cuales serán las más concurridas por todos los usuarios.

• Spawning: Zona de generación de personajes en español, apenas creemos nuestros personajes, este aparecerá fuera del edificio para posteriormente ingresar a este, esta es una zona que para el “Marketing” será clave, ya que todos debemos pasar practicamente por aquí. Un “Tip” que pueden aprovechar y que deje sin querer.

• Nivel Uno: Ahora que entramos en el edificio, nos encontramos en la zona común, donde todos los usuarios convergen, ya que es el piso principal y uno de los más importantes, debido a que podremos encontrar noticias sobre criptomonedas, precio de las mismas y ademas también una agenda donde podremos ver los eventos que ocurrirán y poder optar por inscribirnos, también tenemos un mapa de exploración para utilizar como guía. En este piso según lo que se estipula es que podremos presenciar plataformas de renombre como *Binance, CoinmarketCap y Coingecko.

Auditorio: Un salón de eventos, orientado al ámbito de las criptos, en el cual todos los usuarios podrán participar y ser recompensados en tokens BLOK. Algo realmente genial, me motiva mucho el hecho de que podría crear un personaje virtual, tanto para asistir a eventos como para crear unos y ganar a su vez token nativos del “Metaverso”.

• Ático: Esta zona será el salón de juegos principal, donde todos podremos participar por premios en BLOK, con juegos multijugador, para familias o cualquier otro tipo de juegos interesantes para divertirnos y distraernos dentro de este grandioso mundo virtual.

Como bien era de esperarse, también tendremos propiedades disponibles para comprar, estas ventas se ejecutarán de la siguiente forma: Tendremos una preventa de tokens BLOK, luego de esto nos presentarán los REBLOK. **¿Que significa REBLOK?, es sencillo, se denominó REBLOK a las propiedades dentro del metaverso de Bloktopia en forma de NFT (Tokens No Fungibles), así que si, nuestras propiedades serán NFTs, lo que presenta un gran universo de posibilidades económicas entorno a la compra y venta de estas.

También contamos con otro detalle conocido como Tipos de Propiedad, los cuales explicare a continuación:

BLOK de Bienes Raíces: Este apartado representa las construcciones que poseemos dentro de Bloktopia personificado en forma de NFT como comenté anteriormente.

• CO-Propiedad: Este caso se da cuando un BLOK de bienes raíces está conformado por varios NFT.

• NOTA: La venta de propiedades BLOK pertenecientes a Bloktopia, se desarrollará en 8 eventos de venta y a su vez esos tokens BLOK serán bloqueados para que no exista una circulación tan grande de los mismos. Algo muy importante, porque si sabemos que hay muchos tokens en circulación, podría ser perjudicial para el precio en el corto, mediano y largo plazo, un aspecto económico muy importante a resaltar.

En este mundo, tener un REBLOK es como tener un cuadro en blanco, el cual podemos trazar como deseemos, podremos desarrollar un salón de eventos, fiestas, apartamento, salón de clases, las posibilidades son infinitas y estos es gracias a la herramienta Bloktopia SDK, con la que podemos diseñar distintos objetos para desarrollar nuestro BLOK como lo deseemos. Un aspecto muy importante, porque tenemos libre albedrio para poder diseñar nuestro entorno de acuerdo a nuestros objetivos.

A su vez también podemos decidir cuándo vender nuestra propiedad en el Marketplace y por si fuera poco, existe la posibilidad de arrendarla por una cantidad de tiempo determinada, para obtener cierto porcentaje de ganancias por el tiempo de arriendo. Algo genial, ya que este tipo de cosas es esencial ara un metaverso, ya que podremos encontrarnos personas que no tengan la posibilidad de adquirir una propiedad completa, pero si quieren ingresar al “Metaverso”, por un precio mas bajo y que mejor que bajo esta modalidad de arriendo.

Llegamos a uno de los puntos más fuertes de la economía, al menos esta es mi opinión personal, ya que esto es algo que pertenece a todos los pisos públicos de Bloktopia, en tal sentido, la mecánica es la siguiente:

• Tótem y Adblok: Siendo poseedor de un “Tótem”, que es algo así como un poste publicitario digitalizado, podemos en este incluir un “Adblok”, lo cual es un anuncio de cualquier tipo de contenido que, por su parte te generará cierto porcentaje diario, el costo de este tótem y Adblok dependerá de la zona en la que este, siendo un tótem situado en el nivel 1 el más caro de estos.

• NOTA: Existen dos tamaño de tótem, que son pequeño y mediano, así que en base a estas dimensiones, variara su costo siendo el grande más caro por supuesto.

La radio es totalmente personalizable, una emisora en la cual podremos escuchar nuestros propios gustos musicales y a su vez dentro de la misma tendremos espacios publicitarios y también información sobre criptomonedas en tiempo real, algo genial para aquellos que disfrutan escuchar música y noticias por medio de una radio. Si alguno ha visto fotos de Manhattan o New York, habrán visto en los edificios paneles digitales con publicidad, pues déjenme decirles que la misma mecánica también será aplicada aquí, un aspecto super genial agregado a “Bloktopia”.

Como todo proyecto este debe tener un RoadMap, en el cual se reflejen los objetivos logrados, donde justo ahora solo nos muestran lo que han logrado hasta el Q3 (cuarto trimestre) de 2021, tendremos que esperar por futuras actualizaciones del RoadMap, así que la recomendación es estar atentos, ya que este es un proyecto nuevo, pero que promete ser uno de los mejores “Metaversos” del ecosistema Blockchain hasta el momento.

You can even teach cryptocurrency classes if you wish.

We could even project this initiative, put ourselves in a situation with the current health crisis that, although it is no longer so strong, really has many limitations, using virtual reality technology and Blockchain you could even teach classes, give seminars, courses all this in a single metaverse, it is something that excites me in particular, unique development and a very attractive economic value, solving problems and anticipating a little to what we are presented in other projects of this type. If you ask me for a very good long-term investment, besides, it feels like the future is today!
