With our new marketing firm slowly making rounds on various aspects of the project, we've been organizing all sorts of outward-facing initiatives to drive more attention, users and KPIs for LeoFinance as a whole.
One initiative is to bring back the LeoFinance podcast. This has been a work in progress for the past several weeks. Our first interview of many to come (2 recorded now, several scheduled in coming days and weeks) is with Esteban de la Peña from IBEX.

On this episode of the LeoFinance podcast, I'm joined by Esteban de la Peña! He has worked in the space for several years now and has most recently been heavily involved with the emerging lightning payment rails for merchants accepting BTC.
He has some incredibly interesting takes on BTC, the future of payments via Lightning, El Salvador, Merchant Treasuries looking to hold Bitcoin and much much more! I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did.
IBEX is a Bitcoin services company founded in 2018, offering brokerage services in Guatemala & El Salvador. They are developing an App called IBEX Pay which uses the Bitcoin Lightning Network.
The IBEX team is putting out a weekly podcast that focuses on promoting the adoption of Bitcoin, and in recent weeks, they’ve focused on discussing the implementation of Bitcoin as legal tender by the government of El Salvador, led by president NayiB Bukele.
