The role of the collection power is to limit the maximum league an account can reach in ranked battles.
Each card has a collection power associated with it. Card edition, BCX, rarity and foil influences its associated collection power, which is given by the burn value of each card.
The collection power of a collection is the total burn values of individual cards in the collection.
The collection power of an account is also influenced by delegated cards. Cards delegated out get removed from the CP, while cards delegated in are added to the collection power.
Also, the collection power requirements for each (sub-)league are half for modern format compared to wild format.
