LPUD Winners!
We broke the record, Lions
152 unique Lions powered up at least 150 $leo on January 15th.
For those who don't know, yesterday was the first LPUD of the year, and it was definitely a blast!
We didn't reach our arbitrarily set by me goal of 200k $leo power staked, we were pretty lower than the goal, but it was still a very nice amount of Leo Power! This speaks bullish all over, not only because we are slowly reaching our goal...
The goal is to decentralize the $leo stake holding and to strengthen the #cub and #lion level in terms of stake. The more users that power up month after month, even if it's just 150 $leo, the more decentralized the inflation allocation through votes will be.
And that's the real goal
Sure, 300k $leo staked in a single LPUD speaks bullishness. But having a ton of users joining LPUD shouts bullishness, especially in this bear market that might just be over (is it over yet? What are your thoughts?)
We powered up 130k Leo!
152 Lions joined this edition - this is just one user shy of the record. The reason I said this edition we beat the record, is because none of the team's accounts powered up except for @leogrowth, and in the past editions we had around 5-6 team accounts that powered up (including @khaleelkazi, who didn't power up this time because he wanted to see how bullish the community is).
And believe me, Khal and Leogrowth are bullish as hell to see how the community responded for this first LPUD of the year!
Thanks to everyone who put their money where their mouth is and powered up Leo looking into the future. The future is bright, we know it because we are working daily for it, and we have so much in store that you will be perplexed throughout 2023.
Every month that passes, LPUD drains the available supply, making it harder and harder to get our hands on $leo tokens, so the fact that the community rallied together to open the year like this simply keeps the bullishness in place.
This was the fifth time we had badges, did you get yours?
The rollout for 2023 looks beautiful by the way, I can't wait to see all the badges all colored and nice.
