En este artículo haré una introducción sobre el arrendamiento de tokens HP que servirá para incrementar nuestro poder de voto (VP), los recursos de nuestra cuenta y ganar tokens HP por medio de la curación de contenido.
Todo la información está basada en mi experiencia con la plataforma de arrendamiento de tokens, la curación de contenido, voto automático y manual; además de la lectura de estadísticas.
Iniciaré desde lo básico y traeré más contenido para que cualquier Hiver pueda incrementar su VP y obtenga un retorno de inversión en HP.
¿Quién es el arrendador?
Es la persona que da en arriendo (delega) sus tokens HP a otro usuario
¿Quién es el arrendatario?
Es quien paga para obtener HP
¿Qué es el arrendamiento de Tokens HP en la blockchain Hive?
Es la posibilidad de delegar cierta cantidad de tokens HP (en stake) a otro usuario que hace parte de la cadena de bloques Hive, el arrendatario paga al arrendador para hacer uso de dicha delegación de HP.
¿Qué es stake?
Consiste en bloquear tokens dentro de la plataforma (wallet) para obtener recompensas, estos tokens pueden ser delgados o arrendados a otro usuario de la blockchain Hive.
¿Qué es la delegación de HP?
La delegación de Hive Power es la acción de enviar tokens HP a otro usuario en calidad de préstamo o arriendo, quién delega siempre tendrá el control de sus tokens y podrá obtenerlos de vuelta en cualquier momento. La opción está disponible en la wallet de nuestra cuenta.
¿Cuanto HP puedo obtener en arriendo?
La cantidad de HP que puede tomar en arriendo dependerá de la cantidad de tokens HIVE que esté dispuesto a pagar. Hay que tener en cuenta que el arrendador debe contar con dicha cantidad de tokens HP en su cuenta para poder delegar la cantidad que se quiere tomar en arriendo.
¿Cómo pagar el arrendamiento de HP?
El arrendamiento de HP se paga con tokens HIVE por medio de la plataforma, basado en la tasa APR que cada usuario decide colocar, el arrendatario pagará el total a la plataforma y ésta distribuirá el pago diario al arrendador con el fin de que cada parte cumpla con el tiempo y el pago pactado.
Cuánto tiempo dura un contrato de arrendamiento?
Los contratos se pueden realizar desde 1 semana hasta por 6 meses con opción de renovación.
¿Dónde encuentro un arrendador para obtener HP?
En https://dlease.io puedes conseguir HP de usuarios que están interesados en los arrendamientos de tokens HP, debes hacer un contrato con una tasa APR promedio para que pueda ser aceptado.
¿Qué es la tasa APR?
Es el porcentaje de tasa anual.

¿Puedo convertirme en Arrendador o Arrendatario?

Cuando se cumple el contrato y obtienes nuevamente tu HP debes esperar 7 días para volver a usar nuevamente la cantidad que fue delegada.
Para ser arrendatario deberás contar con suficiente tokens HIVE para pagar el total del contrato.
¿Hay comisión por arrendar HP?
En dlease la comisión está incluida en la tasa APR.
¿Es seguro arrendar o tomar en arriendo HP?
dlease es la plataforma que recibe tu pago total del arrendamiento y paga una cuota diaria al arrendador, protegiendo tu inversión en caso de que el arrendador incumpla con el contrato por el tiempo pactado.
¿Cómo ingreso a dlease.io?
