BANG! Defense Presale + Hashkings: My Game Activity

Typically in my posts I write about a single specific topic which can be a blockchain based game, a tutorial, a project built on Hive or a feature of Hive.

In today's post I'm going to cover two games together, Bang! Defense and Hashkings, because they are two related projects. Hashkings is a farming game that you can play for a long time now. Bang! Defense is a Tower Defense Game that is still under development and you can't play it yet.

The creator of Bang! Defense is @choof who is working on the development of the game together with the team of Hashkings. This explains why the two games are connected.

The idea that I got watching the demo video is that Bang! Defense will be a simple and immediate game to play and just its simplicity could be its great strength.

Among the games built and developed on Hive only Splinterlands has at its base a skill game that requires time and that requires different strategic choices for each battle of the game, all other games such as Rising Star, Hashkings and Dcrops are games that require little time to be played, just a few clicks of the mouse per day, although all require calculations and evaluations for the choice of NFT to buy and / or sell. Bang! Defense will be mainly a skill game and for this peculiarity I decided to invest right away even if the game is in an initial investment phase and is not yet playable.

On April 1, 2022 started the Presale of Bang! Defense which is still ongoing.

At the opening of the presale there were 4 packs available for purchase:

**Common Pack: $4.50 Supply 7800

Rare Pack: $13.50 Supply 2225.

Epic Pack: $50 Supply 400.

Legendary Pack: $125 Supply 120**.

When I read the post announcing the presale, about 15 days ago, I immediately wrote down the day and the time and on April 1st at 8:00 p.m. Italian time I went to the Bang! Defence website to purchase the Legendary pack.

Goal achieved! Legendary packs sold out in no time and I was one of the lucky 120 to purchase one.

In the following image you can see my inventory.

To purchase the legendary pack, I spent a total of 103,306 SWAP.HIVE tokens that had a value of $125 at the time of purchase.

With my purchase I will receive:

42 General Crate

14 Tower Crate

21 Gun Crate

77 keys**

I will need the keys to open the 77 crates I will receive.

The presale is still going on and even though the legendary packs have all been sold there are still all the other packs available for purchase.

Obviously my post is not financial advice but just sharing my personal choice to invest in Bang! Defense. Investing in a game in the initial development phase always has a risk margin to be considered and evaluated but on the other hand it has also a perspective of good profit if the game will succeed in the future. So, dear reader, before investing in any project under development, always do your personal research and evaluation first.

Hashkings: My Game Activity

I started my gaming and investing adventure on Hashkings on February 8, 2022. Hashkings is an NFT-based farming game created and developed on the most beautiful blockchain there is: Hive ;)

Today I had my fifth harvest from my 4 NFT type Land (4x South America) in which I planted 4 seeds of type Panama Red.

From the harvest I got a total of 1182 BUDS tokens.

The last time I checked the value of the BUDS tokens was 8 days ago ($0.3011 - Highest Bid). Today the value of 1 BUDS token is:

0.00028998 SWAP.HIVE = $0.0003538 (Lowest Ask)
0.00026810 SWAP.HIVE = $0.0003271 (Highest Bid)

From my harvest I got a value of 0.3142 HIVE = $0.3833

From each harvest operation you have a 20% chance of receiving an NFT of the same Seed type as the one previously used.

I wasn't lucky this week but I was lucky last week because I received a Colombian Gold seed and didn't realize it.

To get my production restarted I only purchased 3 seeds from https://nftm.art/buy/hkfarm instead of 4. I bought 3 seeds Panama Red and the choice was very simple because the price of the only other type of seed plantable in my land (Colombian Gold) was much higher than the Panama Red as you can see from the data in the following image.

To purchase the 3 Panama Red seeds I spent a total of 156 BUDS.

I had already purchased enough HKWATER tokens last week to water the seeds I would be planting today, so I immediately got my production going again.

I burned all of the BUDS tokens I had in my in-game wallet to get a quantity of MOTA tokens that I will later be staking in the MOTA POOL for free seeds.

Also this week my farm proved to be self-sufficient because with the harvest income I got production going again and also made a small profit.

In the past week I have also started testing the RAIDS feature of the game. I have a total of 34 avatars of Hashkings that I have sent into RAIDS with the purpose of getting a daily reward in BUDS tokens.

I have not been very consistent in using the RAIDS feature and in fact in eight available days I have sent my avatars only 4 days.

From the Raids I got a total of 63 BUDS tokens.

I will try to be more consistent this week.

I haven't had time yet to study and evaluate the convenience or otherwise of the FORGE feature that is useful for increasing the strength and level of my avatars and I hope to do that later this week.

In genere nei miei post scrivo di un singolo argomento specifico che può essere un gioco basato su blockchain, un tutorial, un progetto costruito su Hive o una funzionalità di Hive.

Nel post di oggi tratterò due giochi insieme, Bang! Defense e Hashkings, perchè sono due progetti collegati tra di loro. Hashkings è un gioco di farming a cui è possibile giocare già da molto tempo. Bang! Defense è invece un Tower Defense Game che è ancora in fase di sviluppo e non è ancora possibile giocarci.

Il creatore di Bang! Defense è @choof che sta lavorando allo sviluppo del gioco insieme al team di Hashkings. Ed ecco spiegato il motivo per cui i due giochi sono collegati tra di loro.

L'idea che mi sono fatto guardando il video dimostrativo è che Bang! Defense sarà un gioco semplice e immediato da giocare e proprio la sua semplicità potrebbe essere il suo grande punto di forza.

Tra i giochi costruiti e sviluppati su Hive solo Splinterlands ha alla base un gioco di abilità che richiede tempo e che richiede scelte strategiche diverse per ogni battaglia di gioco, tutti gli altri giochi come ad esempio Rising Star, Hashkings e Dcrops sono giochi che richiedono poco tempo per essere giocati, solo pochi click del mouse al giorno, anche se tutti richiedono calcoli e valutazioni per la scelta degli NFT da acquistare e/o vendere. Bang! Defense si affianca come tipologia di gioco a Splinterlands perchè sarà principalmente un gioco di abilità e per questa sua particolarità ho deciso di investire da subito anche se il gioco è in una fase di investimento iniziale e non è ancora giocabile.

Il primo aprile 2022 è iniziata la Presale di Bang! Defense che è ancora in corso.

All'apertura della presale i pacchi acquistabili erano 4:

Obiettivo raggiunto! I pacchi leggendari sono stati venduti in poco tempo e io sono stato uno dei 120 fortunati ad acquistarne uno.

La presale è ancora in corso e anche se i pacchi leggendari sono stati tutti venduti ci sono ancora tutti gli altri pacchi disponibili all'acquisto.

Ovviamente il mio post non è un consiglio finanziario ma è solo la condivisione della mia personale scelta di investire su Bang! Defense. Ho iniziato la mia avventura ludica e di investimento su Hashkings l'8 febbraio 2022. Hashkings è un gioco di farming basato su NFT creato e sviluppato sulla blockchain più bella che c'è: Hive ;)

Oggi ho effettuato il mio quinto raccolto dai miei 4 NFT di tipo Land (4x South America) nei quali ho piantato 4 semi di tipo Panama Red.

Dal raccolto ho ottenuto un totale di 1182 token BUDS

L'ultima volta che ho controllato il valore dei token BUDS era 8 giorni fa (0.3011$ - Highest Bid). Oggi il valore di 1 token BUDS è di:

Da ogni operazione di harvest si ha una probabilità del 20% di ricevere un NFT di tipo Seed dello stesso tipo di quello precedentemente utilizzato.

Questa settimana non sono stato fortunato ma lo sono stato la scorsa settimana perchè avevo ricevuto un seme Colombian Gold e non me ne ero accorto.

Per far ripartire la mia produzione ho acquistato solo 3 semi da https://nftm.art/buy/hkfarm invece di 4. Ho acquistato 3 semi Panama Red e la scelta è stata molto semplice perchè il prezzo dell'unica altra tipologia di seme piantabile nelle mie land (Colombian Gold) era molto più alto rispetto ai Panama Red come puoi ben vedere dai dati presenti nell'immagine seguente.

Per acquistare i 3 semi Panama Red ho speso in totale 156 BUDS.

Avevo già acquistato un sufficiente quantitativo di token HKWATER la settimana scorsa per innaffiare i semi che avrei piantato oggi e quindi ho subito fatto ripartire la mia produzione.

Ho bruciato tutti i token BUDS che avevo sul mio wallet interno al gioco per ottenere un quantitativo di token MOTA che metterò successivamente in staking nella MOTA POOL per ottenere dei semi in modo gratuito.

Anche questa settimana la mia fattoria si è dimostrata essere autosufficiente perchè con il guadagno del raccolto ho fatto ripartire la produzione e ho anche ottenuto un piccolo profitto.

Questa settimana ho anche iniziato a testare la funzionalità RAIDS del gioco. Ho un totale di 34 avatars di Hashkings che ho mandato nelle RAIDS con lo scopo di ottenere una ricompensa giornaliera in token BUDS.

Non sono stato molto costante nell'utilizzare la funzionalità RAIDS e infatti in otto giorni disponiblili ho inviato i miei avatars solo 4 giorni.

Dalle Raids ho ottenuto un totale di 63 token BUDS.

Questa settimana cercherò di essere più costante.

Non ho avuto ancora il tempo di studiare e valutare la convenienza o meno della funzionalità FORGE che è utile per aumentare la forza e il livello dei miei avatars e spero di riuscirci nel corso di questa settimana.
