* Hello friends, Recently a new feature has been introduced in the game of Cryptobrewmaster:
The Water Tower
The Water Tower is an element of the game that allows you to produce the "Brewing Water**" cards. The Water Tower cannot be bought but can only be rented for a certain number of days.
As you can see from the next picture the **rental options are 4:
- 1 day - rental cost 10 CBM
- 3 days - rental cost 28.3 CBM
- 7 days - rental cost 65.6 CBM
- 28 days - rental cost 203.2 CBM

The longer the rental days increase, the more the daily rental cost decreases.
The cost saving compared to the 1-day rental is as follows:
- **3 days: saving = 1,7 CBM - daily cost = 28,3/3 = 9,43 CBM.
- 7 days: saving = 4.4 CBM - daily cost = 65.6/7 = 9.37 CBM.
- 28 days: saving = 76.8 CBM - daily cost = 203.2/28 = 7.25 CBM**
To do a test I rented the Water Tower for a period of 1 day and spent 10 CBM.
The time required to produce a single Brewing Water is 30 minutes and an amount of energy equal to 1 must be used.

The efficiency of the Water Tower is not fixed, it is 100% at the beginning but decreases with each use.
To restore the efficiency to 100% it is necessary to click on the grey button with the words RESTORE.
Note that the restore operation has a cost in terms of CBM token.
With 100% efficiency, Water Tower will produce a card of a quality that depends on the probability percentages shown in the following image: The most probable quality is Outstanding**.
And in fact my first Brewing Water produced is of Oustending quality. **
After the first production the efficiency has dropped to 97.92% and to restore it is necessary to spend 0.45 CBM.

Since the Market was introduced, I have decided to give up making beers and I have chosen to become exclusively a seller of ingredients.
For this reason I decided to try to rent the Water Tower.

Is it convenient to rent the Water Tower?
* The answer to the above question can only be given after testing and trying to sell all the cards produced by Water Tower in one day. For the moment I can only make some considerations and try to simulate a possible net daily gain.
Water Tower produces one card every 30 minutes and needs an amount of energy equal to 1. One unit of energy is recharged in an interval of one hour. If you do not spend CBM tokens to recharge the energy, the maximum number of Brewing Water cards that can be obtained in a day is 24 units starting from an amount of energy equal to 0.
As you can see in the picture below, the best selling prices for Brewing Water cards are as follows:
- **1 CBM (quality: Neutral)
- 1.19 CBM (quality: Good)
- 1.26 CBM (quality: Outstanding).
If Water Tower only produces Outstanding quality cards and I can sell my cards at the best price (1.25 CBM) I will get 30 CBM in one day. If I subtract the rental cost I get a net gain of 20 CBM**.
Today, December 2, 2020, the value of 20 CBM is 1.02 HIVE (Highest Bid on Hive Engine).
There is, however, another **important consideration to do... If I don't use the energy in the Water Tower I could, for example, use the same amount of energy to perform a Daily Quest and get the Wheat Malt card with just one click per day.
The lowest selling price of Wheat Malt card on the Cryptobrewmaster market is 5.42 CBM.
* So the daily net profit that I can get from using the Water Tower is practically less and is given by the following formula:
Probable daily net profit = 30 - 10 - 5.42 = 14.58 CBM.

The Water Tower
La Water Tower è un elemento del gioco che permette di produrre le carte "Brewing Water**". La Water Tower non può essere comprata ma può solo essere solo noleggiata per un determinato numero di giorni.
Come puoi vedere dall'immagine successiva le **opzioni di noleggio sono 4:
- 1 giorno - costo di noleggio 10 CBM
- 3 giorni - costo di noleggio 28,3 CBM
- 7 giorni - costo di noleggio 65,6 CBM
- 28 giorni - costo di noleggio 203,2 CBM
* Più aumentano i giorni del noleggio e più il costo giornaliero del noleggio diminuisce.
Il risparmio rispetto al noleggio della durata di 1 giorno è il seguente:
- **3 giorni: risparmio = 1,7 CBM - costo giornaliero = 28,3/3 = 9,43 CBM
- 7 giorni: risparmio = 4,4 CBM - costo giornaliero = 65,6/7 = 9,37 CBM
- 28 giorni: risparmio = 76,8 CBM - costo giornaliero = 203,2/28 = 7,25 CBM**
Per fare una prova ho noleggiato la Water Tower per un periodo di 1 giorno ed ho speso 10 CBM.
Il tempo necessario per produrre una singola Brewing Water è di 30 minuti ed è necessario utilizzare un quantitativo di energia uguale a 1.

L'efficenza della Water Tower non è fissa, all'inizio è al 100% ma ad ogni utilizzo diminuisce.
Per ripristinare l'efficenza al 100% è necessario cliccare sul pulsante grigio con la scritta RESTORE.
Nota che l'operazione di restore ha un costo in termini di token CBM.
Con un efficienza al 100% la Water Tower produrrà una carta di una qualità dipendente dalle percentuali di probabilità indicate nell'immagine seguente: La qualità più probabile è la Outstanding**
E infatti la mia prima Brewing Water prodotta è proprio di qualità Oustending **
Dopo la prima produzione l'efficienza è scesa al 97,92% e per ripristinarla è necessario spendere 0,45 CBM.

Da quando è stato introdotto il Mercato, ho deciso di rinunciare a produrre birre e ho scelto di diventare esclusivamente un venditore di ingredienti.
Per questo motivo ho deciso di provare a noleggiare la Water Tower.

Conviene noleggiare la Water Tower?
* La risposta alla domanda sopra la potrò dare solo dopo aver testato e provato a vendere tutte le carte prodotte dalla Water Tower in un giorno. Per il momento posso solo fare alcune considerazioni e provare a simulare un possibile guadagno giornaliero netto.
La Water Tower produce una carta ogni 30 minuti e ha bisogno di un quantitativo di energia uguale a 1. Un'unità di energia si ricarica in un intervallo di tempo di un'ora. Se non si spendono token CBM per ricaricare l'energia, il numero massimo di carte Brewing Water che si possono ottenere in un giorno è di 24 unità partendo da un quantitativo di energia uguale a 0.
Come puoi vedere nell'immagine seguente, i migliori prezzi di vendita per le carte Brewing Water sono i seguenti:
- **1 CBM (quality: Neutral)
- 1,19 CBM (quality: Good)
- 1,26 CBM (quality: Outstanding)
Se la Water Tower produce solo carte di qualità Outstanding e riesco a vendere le mie carte al prezzo migliore (1,25 CBM) otterrò 30 CBM in un giorno. Se sottraggo il costo del noleggio ottengo un guadagno netto di 20 CBM**.
Oggi, 2 Dicembre 2020, il valore di 20 CBM è di 1,02 HIVE (Highest Bid su Hive Engine)
C'è però un'altra **considerazione importante da fare... Se non utilizzo l'energia nella Water Tower potrei, ad esempio, utilizzare lo stesso quantitativo di energia per svolgere una Daily Quest e ottenere con un solo click al giorno la carta Wheat Malt.
Il prezzo di vendita più basso della carta Wheat Malt sul mercato di Cryptobrewmaster è di 5.42 CBM.
* Quindi il profitto giornaliero netto che posso ottenere dall'utilizzo della Water Tower è in pratica minore ed è dato dalla seguente formula:
Probabile profitto giornaliero netto = 30 - 10 - 5.42 = 14.58 CBM
