My First GLX tokens Airdrop + How to see the balance of GLX tokens + My SPS Goal
The Splinterlands ecosystem is expanding because there are two games that Splinterlands is developing in collaboration with other development teams:
- **Splinterlands Tower Defense: collaboration between Splinterlands and Double Coconut
- Genesis League Goals**: collaboration between Splinterlands and Genesis League Sports
The continuous increase in the number of projects developed or under development on the Hive blockchain is a very good positive signal for the whole Hive ecosystem that despite the Bear Market continues its process of evolution and expansion.
I decided to invest in both the Tower Defense and Genesis League Goals projects and participated in both presales.
I purchased 167 Splinterlands Tower Defense packs.
I purchased 110 Genesis League Goals packs.
My First GLX tokens Airdrop as SPS stakeholder
The Genesis League Goals project will have **three types of tokens:
- GLX = governance tokens (like the SPS tokens for Splinterlands).
- GLUSD = stable coin: 1 GLUSD = 1 USD (like the DEC tokens for Splinterlands)
- GLGT** = Genesis League Goals voucher tokens.
The first distribution of GLX tokens began yesterday October 25, 2022 with an Airdrop that will have a one-year duration and in which only SPS token holders who have staked SPS tokens in the Dashboard section of the Splinterlands website will be able to participate.
In one year a total of 1000000 (100 million) of GLX tokens will be distributed to SPS stakeholders with a distribution of approximately 274000 GLX per day (snaphot every day 14:00 UTC).
If you have liquid SPS tokens now you have one more reason to put them in stakes

It is not yet possible to claim and staking GLX tokens, but in the future, those who staking GLX tokens will get GLGT tokens (GLG's token vouchers) that they can use during Presale 2 to get a discount on the purchase price.
When presale 1 ends there will also be an airdrop of 7.5M of GLX tokens for those who put stacking packs of cards.
How to see the balance of GLX tokens
GLX tokens are sent daily to all SPS stakeholders in the same wallet used for SPS tokens in stakes and therefore you do not need to have a GLG account to receive GLX tokens.
At the moment even those like me who have created a GLG account cannot view directly on https://goals.genesisleaguesports.com/ the balance of GLX tokens received so far from the GLX airdrop because a dedicated section has not yet been created but the development team is working to create it and I think it will be available soon.
At the moment, however, it is possible to see the amount of GLX tokens by typing the following address into the browser address bar:
https://validator.genesisleaguesports.com/balances?account=USERNAME
You obviously have to substitute "USERNAME" with the name of your Hive account.
I who have 44599.87 token SPS in stake received as my first airdrop 28.4550 token GLX
If you are an SPS stakeholder, I suggest that you create a GLG account even if you are not going to participate in the GLG presale that is currently going on because otherwise you will not be able to make the GLG token claim when this option will be made available and therefore you will not be able to use them.

Creating a GLG account is a very quick and easy task for those who have a Hive account while it is slightly longer for those who do not have a Hive account because they have to complete account verification (KYC). My SPS Goal
In my posts on Splinterlands that I have written previously, I have often stated my accumulation goal related to SPS tokens: 50000 SPS Staked.
Today I have a total of 44614.16 SPS staked so I am not very far from reaching my goal.
Today I decided to raise my goal and bring it to 100k SPS staked.
Today an SPS token has a value of $0.059 but will have new use cases in the future. Already with the airdrop of GLX tokens, SPS tokens have gained a new use case.
In my opinion SPS tokens could increase their value in the future although much will depend on the appeal of Splinterlands, Tower Defense and Genesis League Goals in the near future. Of course this is just my personal opinion and prediction and is not financial advice.
My investment strategy related to SPS tokens is and will be very simple: I will continue to accumulate SPS tokens and continue to stake them.

Il progetto Genesis League Goals avrà **tre tipi di token:

La prima distribuizione dei token GLX è iniziata ieri 25 ottobre 2022 con un Airdrop che avrà una durata di un anno e a cui potranno partecipare solo i possessori di token SPS che hanno messo in staked i token SPS nella sezione Dashboard del sito di Splinterlands.
In un anno saranno distribuiti in totale 100000000 (100 milioni) di token GLX agli SPS stakeholders con una distribuzione di approssimativamente 274000 GLX al giorno (snaphot every day 14:00 UTC).

Non è ancora possibile effettuare le operazioni di claim e di staking dei token GLX ma in futuro chi metterà in staking i token GLX otterrà i token GLGT (i voucher token di GLG) che potrà utilizzare durante la Presale 2 per ottenere uno sconto sul prezzo di acquisto.
Quando terminerà la presale 1 ci sarà anche un airdrop di 7.5M di token GLX per chi metterà i pacchi di carte in staking.
Come vedere il saldo dei token GLX
I token GLX vengono inviati giornalmente a tutti gli SPS stakeholders nello stesso wallet utilizzato per i token SPS in stake e quindi non è necessario avere un account GLG per ricevere i token GLX.
Al momento anche chi come me ha creato un account GLG non può visualizzare direttamente sul sito https://goals.genesisleaguesports.com/ il saldo dei token GLX ricevuti fino ad ora dall'airdrop GLX perchè non è stata ancora creata una sezione apposita ma il team di sviluppo sta lavorando per crearla e penso che sarà disponibile a breve.
Per il momento è comunque possibile vedere il quantitativo di token GLX scrivendo nella barra degli indirizzi del browser il seguente indirizzo:
https://validator.genesisleaguesports.com/balances?account=USERNAME
Devi ovviamente sostituire a "USERNAME" il nome del tuo Hive account.

Se sei un SPS stakeholder ti consiglio di creare un account GLG anche se non hai intenzione di partecipare alla presale GLG attualmente in corso perchè altrimenti non potrai fare il claim dei token GLG quando questa possibilità sarà resa disponibile e non potrai quindi utilizzarli.

La creazione di un account GLG è un'operazione molto semplice e veloce per chi ha un account Hive mentre è leggermente più lunga per chi non ha un account Hive perchè deve completare la verifica dell'account (KYC). My SPS Goal
Nei miei post su Splinterlands che ho scritto in precedenza ho spesso dichiarato il mio obiettivo di accumulo relativo ai token SPS: 50000 SPS Staked.
Oggi ho un totale di 44614.16 SPS staked e quindi non sono molto lontano dal raggiungimento del mio obiettivo.
Oggi ho deciso di alzare il mio obiettivo e portarlo a 100k SPS staked.
Oggi un token SPS ha un valore di 0.059$ ma avrà nuovi casi d'uso in futuro. Già con l'airdrop dei token GLX i token SPS hanno acquisito un nuovo caso d'uso.
Secondo me i token SPS potrebbero aumentare il loro valore in futuro anche se molto dipenderà dall'appeal che avranno Splinterlands, Tower Defense e Genesis League Goals nel prossimo futuro. Ovviamente è solo la mia personale opinione e previsione e non è un consiglio finanziario.
La mia strategia di investimento relativa ai token SPS è e sarà molto semplice: continuerò ad accumulare i token SPS e continuerò a metterli in stake.
