My LEO Goals for 2023: My Plan, My Strategy!

On January 1 I published a post in which I shared my Hive Goals for 2023, today I want to share my LEO goals for 2023.

My LEO Starting Point

Within the Leofinance community, the weight of users is determined by the amount of LEO staked.

Newborn Cub - 2k Leo Power Cub - 5k Leo Power Lion - 15k Leo Power Leader of the Pack - 50k Leo Power Apex Lion - 150k Leo Power

LEO is the token created by the Leofinance community. The LEO token is a second-level token of the Hive blockchain that can be:

• **sold

• transferred

• purchased

• stacked and delegated

• converted into its wrapped version on other blockchains (BSC, ETH and Polygon) via LEO Bridges**

When a LEO token is staked it becomes a LEO Power (LP) token and the staking operation is called LEO Power UP:

LEO Liquids --> POWER UP --> LEO POWER (LP)

To set my annual growth goals related to LEO tokens, I must first check my starting point.

My main account is @libertycrypto27 with which I publish content and interact on Hive but I have also created a curation account (@libertyleo27) with which I do not publish content but vote on posts that have the leo or leofinance tag.

In the diagram below you can see the amount of LEO tokens (liquid and staked) I have accumulated to date.

Today, January 3, 2023, I have:

• **2724.62 LEO Power (LP)

• 111.40 LEO Liquids**

All liquid LEO tokens I will use to participate in the next LPUD (January 15, 2023) and to do LEO Power Up.

My starting point is therefore a total of 2836.01 LEO (staked + liquids).

My LEO Annual Goal

Leofinance through the @leogrowth account has organized a nice initiative to reward those with growth goals within the Leoverse. You can find all the details at this link: My LEO Goals for 2023 | Join in!

There are minimum goals to be achieved.

I who have 2724 LP today must at least double my LEO Power by the end of 2023 and therefore must reach a minimum amount of 5448 LP.

I like to set higher goals because they are more motivating and challenging, which is why I decided to set as the annual goal to reach 6500 LEO Power instead of the 5448 required by the Leofinance contest.

My LEO Goal:

*To be reached by December 31, 2023.

My Plan, My Strategy!

When I have a goal to reach, I like to subdivide the goal into intermediate goals of shorter time duration.

To track my progress toward 6500 LEO Power, I built a table in which I divided the final goal into intermediate goals of monthly duration. Each monthly goal will be smaller or larger based on my achievement in the previous month.

To reach my annual goal I will need to:

• increase the amount of **LEO Power by +3663.99 tokens in one year.
• make a monthly LEO Power Up of at least 305.33 LP**.

So in the current month I will have to obtain at least 305.33 LEO tokens (LEO + LP) otherwise my intermediate goal for February will increase.

My **strategy to reach my goal will be as follows:

• 1. I will continue to keep my delegation in HP active at the @leo.voter account, and if I do not reach a monthly intermediate goal I will increase my delegation. Starting July 5, 2021 I have delegated 1021 HP** and thanks to this delegation I get an amount of LEO tokens every day.

• 2. I will try to increase my level of interaction within the Leofinance community by reading, commenting, and voting on more posts.

• 3. I will try to publish at least 15 posts per month tagged leo and/or leofinance.

• 4. I will try to participate in all LPUDs in 2023. If I'm lucky to win a prize I will receive a delegation that will give me a boost toward my annual goal.

Final Considerations

Reaching an amount of 6500 LEO Power by the end of 2023 will not be an easy goal to achieve because I would have to earn an average of 305 LEO per month and until now I have never earned this amount in a calendar month. Although it will be a goal that is not easy to reach I will enjoy trying to reach it because a goal that is difficult to reach is a self-motivating goal that will incentivize me to try harder and if I reach it my satisfaction will be greater!

I Miei LEO Obiettivi per il 2023: Il mio piano, la mia strategia!

Oggi è il 3 gennaio 2023 e il nuovo anno è iniziato da soli 3 giorni.
Auguro un buon anno a tutti e spero che il 2023 sia un anno che porti pace e porti fiducia nel futuro. Spero che nel 2023 finisca l'orribile guerra in Ucranina e finiscano anche tutte le altre guerre che sono in corso in altre parti del mondo. Spero anche che nel 2023 ritorni la fiducia nei progetti blockchains, fiducia che è stata indebolita dal fallimento dei progetti centralizzati collegati al mondo delle blockchain.

Infatti il 2022 ha semplicemente dimostrato ancora una volta la fragilità della centralizzazione e la fragilità dei progetti con un basso livello di decentralizzazione ma la blockchain è la più grande rivoluzione informatica degli ultimi 13 anni e sono convinto che in futuro avrà l'importanza e la diffusione che giustamente merita!

In questo lungo Bear Market io continuo a focalizzarmi sui progetti che hanno un elevato livello di decentralizzazione e Hive è il mio progetto blockchain preferito.

Nel corso del 2023 continuerò a consolidare la mia posizione su Hive e sui progetti costruiti su di essa.

Tra i progetti costruiti su Hive uno dei più importanti è il progetto della comunità di Leofinance che è anche una delle comunità più attive e propositive della blockchain di Hive.

Il primo gennaio ho pubblicato un post in cui ho condiviso i miei Hive Goals per il 2023, oggi voglio condividere i miei LEO goals per il 2023.

My LEO Starting Point

All'interno della comunità di Leofinance il peso degli utenti è determinato dal quantitativo di LEO staked.

LEO è il token creato dalla comunità di Leofinance. Il token LEO è un token di secondo livello della blockchain di Hive che può essere:

• **venduto

• trasferito

• acquistato

• messo in staking e delegato

• convertito nella sua versione wrapped su altre blockchains (BSC, ETH e Polygon) tramite LEO Bridges**

Quando un token LEO viene messo in stake diventa un token LEO Power (LP) e l'operazione di staking si chiama LEO Power UP:

LEO Liquids --> POWER UP --> LEO POWER (LP)

Per definire i miei obiettivi di crescita annuali relativi ai token LEO devo prima controllare il mio punto di partenza.

Il mio account principale è @libertycrypto27 con il quale pubblico contenuti e interagisco su Hive ma ho anche creato un curation account (@libertyleo27) con il quale non pubblico contenuti ma voto i post che hanno il tag leo o leofinance.

Nello schema seguente puoi vedere il quantitativo di token LEO (liquidi e staked) che ho accumulato fino ad oggi.

Oggi 3 gennaio 2023 ho:

• **2724.62 LEO Power (LP)

• 111.40 LEO Liquidi**

Tutti i token LEO liquidi li utilizzerò per partecipare al prossimo LPUD (15 gennaio 2023) e per fare LEO Power Up.

Il mio punto di partenza è quindi un totale di 2836.01 LEO (staked + liquids)

Ci sono degli obiettivi minimi da raggiungere.

Ci sono dei premi per chi raggiunge il proprio obiettivo entro la fine del 2023.

Io che oggi ho 2724 LP devo almeno raddoppiare il mio LEO Power entro la fine del 2023 e quindi devo raggiungere un quantitativo minimo di 5448 LP.

Mi piace fissare obiettivi più alti perchè sono più motivanti e stimolanti e per questo ho deciso come obiettivo annuale di raggiungere i 6500 LEO Power invece dei 5448 richiesti dal contest di Leofinance.

My Plan, My Strategy!

Quando ho un obiettivo da raggiungere mi piace suddividere l'obiettivo in obiettivi intermedi di durata temporale inferiore.

Per monitorare il mio percorso verso i 6500 LEO Power ho costruito una tabella in cui ho suddiviso l'obiettivo finale in obiettivi intermedi di durata mensile. Ogni obiettivo mensile sarà più piccolo o più grande in base al risultato che avrò ottenuto nel mese precedente.

Per raggiungere il mio obiettivo annuale dovrò:

• aumentare il quantitativo di **LEO Power di +3663.99 token in un anno
• fare un LEO Power Up mensile di almeno 305.33 LP**.

Nel mese in corso dovrò quindi ottenere almeno 305.33 token LEO (LEO + LP) altrimenti il mio obiettivo intermedio per il mese di febbraio aumenterà.

La **mia strategia per raggiungere il mio obiettivo sarà la seguente:

• 1. continuerò a mantenere attiva la mia delega in HP all'account @leo.voter** e se non raggiungerò un obiettivo intermedio mensile aumenterò la mia delega.

A partire dal 5 luglio 2021 ho delegato 1021 HP e grazie a questa delega ottengo un quantitativo di token LEO ogni giorno.

• 2. cercherò di aumentare il mio livello di interazione all'interno della comunità di Leofinance leggendo, commentando e votando un numero maggiore di post.

• 3. cercherò di pubblicare almeno 15 post al mese con il tag leo e/o leofinance.

• 4. cercherò di partecipare a tutti gli LPUD del 2023. Se sarò fortunato a vincere un premio riceverò una delega che mi darà un boost verso il mio obiettivo annuale.

Considerazioni Finali

Raggiungere un quantitativo di 6500 LEO Power entro la fine del 2023 non sarà un obiettivo facile da raggiungere perchè dovrei guadagnare in media 305 LEO al mese e fino ad oggi non ho mai guadagnato questo quantitativo in un mese solare. Anche se sarà un obiettivo non facile da raggiungere mi divertirò a cercare di raggiungerlo perchè un obiettivo diffile da raggiungere è un obiettivo automotivante che mi incentiverà a impegnarmi di più e se lo raggiungerà la mia soddisfazione sarà maggiore!
