My LEO Goals for 2023: My Road to 6.5K LEO Power! (ENG/ITA)

My LEO Goals for 2023: My Road to 6.5K LEO Power!

Hive is my favorite blockchain project, and I consider Hive a project with great potential, which is why I have always set growth goals since I joined (March 2019).

Growing on Hive mainly means increasing one's Hive Power (HP) which is the amount of HIVE tokens put in staking that measures the influence of an account within the blockchain.

On Hive there are not only HIVE, HP and HBD tokens but there are also second level tokens that can be created by any Hive user.

Many communities on Hive have created a second-level token to reward and incentivize actions performed within the community.

As with the HP tokens, I have set growth goals for the second-level tokens linked to projects and/or communities that I follow and in which I try to actively participate.

In today's post I want to share my progress toward the growth goals I have set within the Leofinance community, which is one of the most active and proactive communities on Hive.

In the Leofinance community, the weight of users is determined by the amount of LEO staked.

When a LEO token is staked it becomes a LEO Power (LP) token and the staking operation is called LEO Power UP:

LEO Liquids --> POWER UP --> LEO POWER (LP)

Specific amounts of LEO POWER are associated with a status:

**Newborn Cub - 2k Leo Power

Cub - 5k Leo Power

Lion - 15k Leo Power

Leader of the Pack - 50k Leo Power

Apex Lion** - 150k Leo Power

My Road to 6500 LEO POWER

In the sea of Hive I am a dolphin who would like to become an orca.

In the "endless prairies" of Leoverse I am a Newborn Cub who would like to become a Cub and then continue to grow to become a Lion.

The growth goal related to LP tokens that I would like to achieve before the end of the year 2023 is an amount of 6500 LP.

My LEO Annual Goal:

*To be reached by December 31, 2023.

I started my road to 6500 LP on January 3 when I set this goal and when I shared my accumulation plan and strategy in the following post: My LEO Goals for 2023: My Plan, My Strategy! (ENG/ITA)

On January 3, I had a total of 2803.01 LEOs (liquids+staked). Today, February 2, after about 30 days, it is time to check the progress I made in January.

My main account is @libertycrypto27 with which I post content and interact on Hive but I have also created a curation account (@libertyleo27) with which I do not post content but vote on posts that have the tag leo or leofinance.

In the scheme below you can see the total amount of LEO tokens (liquid and staked) I have accumulated to date.

Today, February 2, 2023, I have:

**2942.69 LEO Power (LP)

132.80 LEO Liquids**

I do not do the immediate Power Up of my liquid LEO tokens only because I want to use them to participate in the next LPUD (February 15, 2023).

I have accumulated a total of 3075.49 LEO (staked + liquids).

When I have a goal to achieve, I like to divide the goal into intermediate goals of shorter time duration.

To monitor my progress toward 6500 LEO Power, I created a table in which I divided the final goal into intermediate goals of monthly duration. Each monthly goal will be smaller or larger based on my achievement in the previous month.

The goal that I had to achieve in the month of January was an increase of 305.33 LEO (liquids + staked).

As you can see from the calculations in the table below I did not reach the monthly increment goal for January because I only accumulated 239.48 LEO instead of 305.33 LEO.

Therefore, all my upcoming monthly intermediate goals increase: 305.33 -> 311.32 (LEO + LP).

In the month of February I will therefore have to accumulate 311.32 LEO.

February Propositions and Final Considerations

I knew I had set a difficult annual goal to achieve, but if a goal is too easy there is not the element of difficulty that makes it more fun.

In the month of January I published:

**16 posts with the leofinance tag (13 directly from the Leofinance front end).

4 threads**

If I want to reach my annual goal I have to try to post and interact more and that will be what I will try to do in February.

Setting goals is the first step to achieving them and trying to reach an amount of 6500 LEO Power by the end of 2023 will be a difficult but challenging and fun goal to achieve.

I Miei LEO Obiettivi per il 2023: Il mio percorso verso 6.5K LEO Power!

Hive è il mio progetto blockchain preferito e considero Hive un progetto dal grande potenziale e per questo motivo da quando mi sono iscritto (marzo 2019) ho sempre fissato degli obiettivi di crescita.

Crescere su Hive vuol dire principalmente aumentare il proprio Hive Power (HP) che non è altro che il token HIVE messo in staking che misura l'influenza di un account all'interno della blockchain.

Su Hive non ci sono solo i token HIVE, HP e HBD ma ci sono anche i token di secondo livello che possono essere creati da qualsiasi utente di Hive.

Molte comunità su Hive hanno creato un token di secondo livello per premiare e incentivare le azioni effettuate all'interno della comunità.

Come per i token HP ho fissato degli obiettivi di crescita anche per i token di secondo livello collegati a progetti e/o comunità che seguo e in cui cerco di partecipare attivamente.

Nel post di oggi voglio condividere i miei progressi verso gli obiettivi di crescita che mi sono posto all'interno della comunità di Leofinance che è una delle comunità più attive e propositive di Hive.

Nella comunità di Leofinance il peso degli utenti è determinato dal quantitativo di LEO staked.

Quando un token LEO viene messo in stake diventa un token LEO Power (LP) e l'operazione di staking si chiama LEO Power UP:

L'obiettivo di crescita relativo ai token LP che vorrei raggiungere prima della fine dell'anno 2023 è un quantitativo di 6500 LP.

Ho iniziato il mio percorso verso i 6500 LP il 3 gennaio quando ho fissato questo obiettivo e quando ho condiviso il mio piano di accumulo e la mia strategia nel seguente post: My LEO Goals for 2023: My Plan, My Strategy! (ENG/ITA)

Il 3 gennaio avevo un totale di 2803.01 LEO (liquidi+staked). Oggi 2 febbraio, dopo circa 30 giorni, è arrivato il momento di controllare i progressi che ho fatto nel mese di gennaio.

Non faccio il Power Up immediato dei miei token LEO liquidi solo perchè voglio utilizzarli per partecipare al prossimo LPUD (15 febbraio 2023).

Quando ho un obiettivo da raggiungere mi piace suddividere l'obiettivo in obiettivi intermedi di durata temporale inferiore.

Per monitorare il mio percorso verso i 6500 LEO Power ho costruito una tabella in cui ho suddiviso l'obiettivo finale in obiettivi intermedi di durata mensile. Ogni obiettivo mensile sarà più piccolo o più grande in base al risultato che avrò ottenuto nel mese precedente.

L'obiettivo che dovevo raggiungere nel mese di gennaio era un incremento di 305.33 LEO (liquidi + staked).

Come puoi vedere dai calcoli presenti nella tabella seguente non ho raggiunto l'obiettivo di incremento mensile per il mese di gennaio perchè ho accumulato solo 239.48 LEO invece di 305.33 LEO.

Per questo motivo tutti i miei prossimi obiettivi intermedi mensili amentano: 305.33 -> 311.32 (LEO + LP).

Nel mese di febbraio dovrò quindi accumulare 311.32 LEO.

Propositi per il mese di febbraio e Considerazioni Finali

Sapevo di aver fissato un obiettivo annuale difficile da raggiungere ma se un obiettivo è troppo facile non c'è l'elemento di difficoltà che rende tutto più divertente.

Nel mese di gennaio ho pubblicato:

**16 post con il tag leofinance (13 direttamente dal front end di Leofinance).

Se voglio raggiungere il mio obiettivo annuale devo cercare di pubblicare e interagire di più e questo sarà quello che cercherò di fare nel mese di febbraio.

Fissare degli obiettivi è il primo passo per raggiungerli e cercare di raggiungere un quantitativo di 6500 LEO Power entro la fine del 2023 sarà un obiettivo difficile ma stimolante e divertente da raggiungere.
