There are hundreds of projects out there with absolutely no use case and almost same token supply as Hive yet their price is 150x.

Completely agree with you and that's why I've never done a power down on Hive. Hive is very useful and allows me to do so many things: play, publish, interact with other people of different nationalities, create a community or a token, pay 0 fee for transactions... The more I look around, the more I realize how unique Hive is.
