My goals on Hive

I really believe in the project of Hive and for this reason I have set some goals of growth on what is now the blockchain that I love. I have also set a date by which I would like to achieve my goals: December 31, 2021**.

Main Goal: 30000 HP

**Secondary Goals:

• Reputation Goal: 76**

• Goal Total Number of Posts: 1300

• Engagement Goal (total number of comments): 15000

• Onboarding Goal: at least 28 people

My main goal is not an easy one to achieve and it will be even harder to achieve now that HIVE has increased its value considerably. In fact the dollar reward of my posts has increased considerably but the reward in HIVE has decreased compared to the past. The reason is simple, the more HIVE gains value the more the number of active users increases, an increase in active users produces an increase in the number of posts published daily, with an increase in published posts the reward pool of HIVE is divided between more posts and consequently the reward in HIVE produced by each post decreases.

I built a table to track my path to the goal I set for myself and to divide my main goal into intermediate (monthly) goals. As you can see indicated in the sixth column of the table (bottom image), in the previous four months I never reached the intermediate goal.

The goal to reach in March was 1609.81 HIVE.

Let's see if at least in March I was able to reach the intermediate goal. **

My Wallet

On March 1, 2021 I had on my Wallet a total value of 13901.911 HIVE** (HIVE+HP+HBD).

Today, April 1, 2021 my Wallet contains: *14570.211 HP, 155.892 HIVE and 15,776 HBD.

Adding up all the data, the total value of my portfolio is **14774.089 HIVE

The total HIVE (HP+HDB+HIVE) I earned in the month of March is 942.30 HIVE. This is lower than the previous month's result (1091.99 HIVE**).

I close the month with a lower increase in value than February but with a good increase of +6.78%

For the fifth consecutive month I did not reach the monthly intermediate target and for this reason the target to be reached in April increases and is *1691.77 HIVE.

Secondary Goals

Reputation Goal: 76

* Reputation is one of the mechanisms that most differentiates Hive from other centralized and traditional platforms. In fact, in traditional blogging platforms it's not important the specific activity of the user or the quality of the content published. The only important aspect for Facebook & Co. is the user's data from which it is possible to extrapolate tastes and preferences to be monetized.

On March 1, 2021 my reputation was **72.62.
Today, April 1, 2021 my reputation is 72.91. In one month my reputation has increased by 0.29 points (previous month: +0.24) and the percentage increase is +0.40%.

According to the site's information: https://hivebuzz.me/ranking my position in the Hive user reputation ranking is number 614 (last month I was in position number 656).

Target Total Number of Posts: 1300

* I really like writing and publishing posts on Hive and it is mostly an activity that I enjoy. So far I have published 897 posts.

In the month of March I published **34 posts, 2 less posts than in February. In order to reach my goal I need to publish 403 more posts in 9 months, so I need to publish at least 45 posts every month (precisely 44.7).

Engagement goal (total number of comments): 15000

* Interaction is very important because it is a moment of confrontation and growth. Interacting on Hive mainly means writing comments on other authors' posts and replying to the comments you receive. I have set a goal for the number of comments.

So far I have written 9357 comments (average of about 12 comments per day).

In March I wrote 365 comments with an average of 11.77 comments per day. In order to get to 15000 comments by December 31, 2021 I need to interact more and therefore I need to increase my average daily comment writing. **

Onboarding goal: at least 28 people

This is a goal I really care about and I try to take every opportunity to promote Hive with family and friends and with those who show interest in the principles of decentralization. I share my Hive posts on centralized social to introduce Hive to people who don't know Hive exists. In March, I stepped up my activity on one social in particular: noise.cash**. Just yesterday I published a post offering the first 5 noise users who decide to sign up for Hive:

• 30 HP in delegation

• my support on Discord to take their first steps on Hive.

So far only one user has written me his nick (@solozenna) and registered on Hive but this initiative I intend to repeat at regular intervals also on other social networks such as Twitter and Publish0x.

At the beginning of March I had 585 followers, today I have 616** (+31 compared to the previous month's report).

March: Considerations

In the month of March I didn't reach the monthly goal of growth on Hive that I had set at the beginning of March but not even if I set myself a difficult goal to reach I will do my best, family and work commitments permitting that have the right priority over everything.

In the month of March I have decreased the total amount of rewards derived from the publication of posts while the total amount of rewards produced by my curation activity has increased.

• Total Author Rewards (HP): *634.38 HIVE (last month: 769 HIVE)

• Total Curation Rewards (HP): **153 HIVE (last month: 146 HIVE)

Power Up Day

* Today HIVE is worth much more than last month and also the value of my account starts to be very interesting.

But I don't think I'll power down and I won't power down even if Hive goes to 2$. Since I joined Hive I have never pressed the Power Down button and I won't do it now. The Hive blockchain is still an undervalued project and is worth much much more than the value its main cryptocurrency has now: HIVE. The best way to start the month is to do a Power Up. The first of every month is Power Up Day and there is also a nice initiative organized by @traciyork that provides a series of prizes for users who do power up on the first of the month and meet certain requirements (you can find all the information at this post: ).

I can't participate to win prizes because I don't have two of the three requirements:

• a reputation below 70 points (my reputation is above 72)
• a total HP greater than 100 HP and less than 8000 HP (I have more than 14000 HP)
• a power up of at least 10 HIVE on April 1, 2021.

I can't win the prizes of this nice initiative but I can participate anyway because doing power up is already a prize and I invite all Hive users to participate.

Ho iniziato la mia bellissima avventura su Hive il 5 marzo 2019 e oggi sono quasi due anni e un mese che sono diventato un utente di Hive. Hive è stato il primo progetto decentralizzato a cui ho partecipato ed è tutt'ora il progetto a cui tengo di più. Rispetto all'inizio del mese di Marzo il valore di 1 HIVE è più che raddoppiato e rispetto all'inizio del mese di febbraio il valore è più che quadruplicato. Infatti il 3 febbraio 2021 1 HIVE valeva 0,1524$, il primo marzo 2021 1 HIVE valeva 0,315 $ e oggi 1 aprile 2021 1 HIVE vale 0,787$

I miei obbiettivi su Hive

Credo molto nel progetto di Hive e per questo motivo mi sono posto degli obbiettivi di crescita su quella che è ormai la blockchain che amo. Ho fissato anche una data entro la quale vorrei raggiungere i miei obbiettivi: il 31 dicembre 2021**.

Obbiettivo Principale: 30000 HP

Il mio obbiettivo principale non è un obbiettivo facile da raggiungere e sarà ancora più difficile raggiungerlo adesso che HIVE ha aumentato considerevolmente il suo valore. Infatti la ricompensa in dollari dei miei post è aumentata considerevolmente ma è diminuita la ricompensa in HIVE rispetto al passato. Il motivo è semplice, più HIVE acquista valore e più aumenta il numero di utenti attivi, un aumento degli utenti attivi produce un aumento del numero dei post pubblicati giornalmente, con un aumento dei post pubblicati la reward pool di HIVE viene divisa tra più post e conseguentemente diminuisce la ricompensa in HIVE prodotta da ogni post.

Ho costruito una tabella per monitorare il mio percorso verso l'obiettivo che mi sono prefissato e per dividere il mio obbiettivo principale in obbiettivi intermedi (mensili). Come puoi vedere indicato nella sesta colonna della tabella (immagine in basso), nei quattro precedenti mesi non ho mai raggiunto l'obbiettivo intermedio.

L'obbiettivo da raggiungere nel mese di marzo era di 1609,81 HIVE.

Vediamo se almeno a marzo sono riuscito a raggiungere l'obbiettivo intermedio.

Il mio Wallet

Il 1 Marzo 2021 avevo sul mio Wallet un valore totale di 13901,911 HIVE (HIVE+HP+HBD).

Oggi, 1 aprile 2021 il mio Wallet contiene: *14570,211 HP, 155,892 HIVE e 15,776 HBD.

Sommando tutti i dati, il valore totale del mio portafoglio è di **14774,089 HIVE

Il totale degli HIVE (HP+HDB+HIVE) che ho guadagnato nel mese di marzo è di 942,30 HIVE Il risultato è inferiore rispetto al risultato del mese precedente (1091,99 HIVE**).

Chiudo il mese con un incremento di valore inferiore al mese di febbraio ma con un buon incremento del +6,78%

Per il quinto mese consecutivo non ho raggiunto l'obbiettivo intermedio mensile e per questo motivo l'obbiettivo da raggiungere nel mese di aprile aumenta ed è di *1691,77 HIVE.

* La reputazione è uno dei meccanismi che più differenzia Hive dalle altre piattaforme centralizzate e tradizionali. Infatti nelle piattaforme di blogging tradizionali non è importante la specifica attività dell'utente o la qualità dei contenuti pubblicati. L'unico aspetto importante per Facebook & Co. è costituito dai dati dell'utente dai quali è possibile estrapolare gusti e preferenze da monetizzare.

Oggi, 1 aprile 2021 la mia reputazione è di 72,91

In un mese la mia reputazione è cresciuta di 0,29 punti (mese precedente: +0,24) e la percentuale di incremento è stata di **+0,40%.

In base alle informazioni del sito: https://hivebuzz.me/ranking la mia posizione nella classifica relativa alla reputazione degli utenti di Hive è la numero 614 (il mese scorso ero in posizione numero 656).

Obbiettivo Numero Totale Post: 1300

* Mi piace molto scrivere e pubblicare post su Hive ed è soprattutto un'attività che mi diverte. Fino ad oggi ho pubblicato 897 post.

Nel mese di marzo ho pubblicato **34 post, 2 post in meno rispetto al mese di febbraio. Per raggiungere il mio obbiettivo devo pubblicare ancora 403 post in 9 mesi e quindi devo pubblicare almeno 45 post ogni mese (precisamente 44,7).

Obbiettivo Engagement (numero totale commenti): 15000

L'interazione** è molto importante perchè è un momento di confronto e di crescita. Interagire su Hive vuol dire principalmente scrivere commenti sui post degli altri autori e rispondere ai commenti che si ricevono. Ho fissato un obbiettivo anche per quanto riguarda il numero dei commenti.

Fino ad oggi ho scritto 9357 commenti (media di circa 12 commenti al giorno).

Nel mese di marzo ho scritto 365 commenti con una media di 11,77 commenti al giorno. Per arrivare a 15000 commenti entro il 31 dicembre del 2021 devo interagire di più e quindi devo incrementare la mia media giornaliera di scrittura dei commenti. **

Obbiettivo Onboarding: almeno 28 persone

Questo è un obbiettivo a cui tengo molto e cerco di cogliere ogni occasione utile per promuovere Hive con parenti e amici e con quinque mostri interesse ai principi di decentralizzazione. Condivido i miei post di Hive sui social tradizionali per far conoscere Hive alle persone che non conoscono l'esistenza di Hive. Nel mese di marzo ho intensificato la mia attività su un social in particolare: noise.cash**. Proprio ieri ho pubblicato un post in cui ho offerto ai primi 5 utenti di noise che decidono di iscriversi ad Hive:

• 30 HP in delega

• il mio supporto su Discord per muovere i primi passi su Hive.

Fino ad ora un solo utente mi ha comunicato il suo nick (@solozenna) e si è registrato su Hive ma questa iniziativa ho intenzione di ripeterla ad intervalli di tempo regolari anche su altri social come Twitter e Publish0x.

Marzo: Considerazioni

Nel mese di marzo non ho raggiunto l'obbiettivo mensile di crescita su Hive che mi ero prefissato ad inizio marzo ma non anche se mi sono posto un obbiettivo difficile da raggiungere mi impegnerò al massimo, impegni familiari e lavorativi permettendo che hanno la giusta priorità su tutto.

Nel mese di marzo sono è diminuito il totale delle ricompense derivate dalla pubblicazione dei post mentre è cresciuto il totale delle ricompense prodotte dalla mia attività di curation.

Power Up Day

Oggi HIVE vale molto di più rispetto al mese scorso e anche il valore del mio account incomincia ad essere molto interessante.

Ma io non penso minimamente di fare power down. Da quando mi sono iscritto su Hive non ho mai premuto sul pulsante Power Down e non lo farò neanche adesso. La blockchain di Hive è ancora un progetto sottovalutato e vale molto molto di più del valore che ha adesso la sua criptomoneta principale: HIVE. Il miglior modo di iniziare il mese è quello di fare un Power Up. Il primo di ogni mese è il Power Up Day e c'è anche una bella iniziativa organizzata da @traciyork che prevede una serie di premi per gli utenti che fanno power up il primo del mese e che soddisfano alcuni requisiti (puoi trovare tutte le informazioni a questo post: ).

Io non posso partecipare per vincere i premi perchè non ho due dei tre requisiti necessari:

• una reputazione inferiore ai 70 punti (la mia reputazione è superiore a 72)
• un totale di HP maggiore di 100 HP e inferiore a 8000 HP (io ho più di 14000 HP)
• un power up di almeno 10 HIVE nel giorno 1 aprile 2021.

Non posso vincere i premi di questa bella iniziativa ma posso partecipare comunque perchè fare power up è di per se già un premio e invito tutti gli utenti di Hive a partecipare.
