. Today November 10, 2020 I looked at my wallet and I realized that I have already exceeded 10000 HP and almost 4 months in advance.

With this post I wanted to celebrate this milestone of mine that makes me happy :)

Objective Achieved!

My journey on Hive started on 5 March 2019**. I didn't know the decentralized platform of Hive at all and above all I didn't know:

• what to publish
• how to publish
• where to publish.

Today instead I am familiar with Hive and especially on Hive I feel at home. Differently from 5 March 2019 I have many ideas that I would like to develop and many posts that I would like to write and publish but, often and unfortunately, I lack the time to do so. For example I have long ago created on my computer more than 10 folders full of photos. Each folder corresponds to a post that I would have liked to write but that I haven't published yet.

I have already written it before but I like to repeat it, writing on Hive is an activity that amuses me and everything I do on Hive I do for pleasure.

When you reach a goal it's always the right time to set a new goal. The goal of 10000 HP is a goal but it is not a point of arrival on which to stop or lie down, it is above all a new starting point and a new and exciting beginning.

That's why I decided to set myself a new main goal and new secondary goals.

New Main Objective

* In 22 months I reached 10000 HP in the next 14 months I would like to triple the previous target and reach 30000 HP.

New Secondary Objectives

• Objective Reputation I would like to reach a reputation of a value of at least 76. I currently have a reputation of 71.35**

• **Objective Post I would like to reach a total number of published posts equal or greater than 1300 posts. So far I have published 734 posts. To reach my goal I have to publish more 566 posts in about 14 months (average of 40 posts per month).

• Objective Engagement I would like to total a number of comments equal to or greater than 15000. I believe a lot in the importance of interaction and commenting is an opportunity for comparison and encourages the authors I read and follow with pleasure. So far I have written a total of 7686 comments (just under 11 comments per day). To reach my goal I have to write more 7314 comments with an average of about 17 comments per day.

• Objective Onboarding I constantly try to promote Hive and I would like to be able to free from the oppressive chains of centralization at least 28 people with an average of 2 " liberated" per month**.

• Objective Followers I currently have 509 followers and would like to exceed 1000 followers.

Conclusion

I have built a table with my spreadsheet to monitor my route and to establish intermediate steps that will help me reach my final goal more easily.

* To get 30000 HP by December 31 I have to earn on average 1445.37 HIVE per month for fourteen months. To reach this month's target I still need 1196.81 HIVE.

The goals I have set myself are not easy to achieve because an easy goal is not fun and not very stimulating.

Will I be able to reach the goals I have set myself?

Maybe not but my commitment will be maximum!

Ciao hivers, dopo il mio primo anno su Hive mi ero posto il seguente obbiettivo:

Mi ero posto anche un termine di tempo entro il quale dovevo raggiungere il mio obbiettivo:

Oggi 10 Novembre 2020 ho guardato il mio wallet e mi sono accorto di aver già superato i 10000 HP e con quasi 4 mesi di anticipo.

Con questo post volevo festeggiare questo traguardo che mi rende felice :)

Obbiettivo Raggiunto!

Il mio percorso su Hive è iniziato il 5 Marzo 2019**. Non conoscevo per niente la piattaforma e non sapevo:

• cosa pubblicare
• come pubblicare
• dove pubblicare.

Oggi invece ho una certa familiarità con Hive e soprattutto su Hive mi sento a casa. A differenza del 5 marzo 2019 ho tante idee che vorrei sviluppare e tanti post che vorrei scrivere e pubblicare ma, spesso e purtroppo, mi manca il tempo a disposizione per farlo. Ad esempio ho da tempo creato sul mio computer più di 10 cartelle piene di foto. Ad ogni cartella corrisponde un post che mi sarebbe piaciuto scrivere ma che non ho ancora pubblicato.

L'ho già scritto altre volte ma mi piace ripeterlo, scrivere su Hive è un'attività che mi diverte e tutto quello che faccio su Hive lo faccio per puro piacere.

Quando raggiungi un obbiettivo è sempre il momento giusto per stabilire un nuovo obbiettivo. Il traguardo dei 10000 HP è un traguardo ma non è un punto di arrivo su cui fermarsi o adagiarsi, è soprattutto un nuovo punto di partenza e un nuovo e stimolante inizio.

Per questo ho deciso di pormi un nuovo obbiettivo principale e nuovi obbiettivi secondari. **

Nuovo Obbiettivo Principale

* In 22 mesi ho raggiunto i 10000 HP nei prossimi 14 mesi e quindi entro il 31 Dicembre 2021 vorrei triplicare il precedente obbiettivo e raggiungere i 30000 HP.

Nuovi Obbiettivi Secondari

• Obbiettivo Reputazione Vorrei raggiungere una reputazione di un valore di almeno 76 Attualmente ho una reputazione di 71.35**

• **Obbiettivo Post Vorrei raggiungere un numero totale di post pubblicati uguale o maggiore a 1300 post. Fino ad ora ho pubblicato 734 post. Per arrivare al mio obbiettivo devo pubblicare altri 566 post in circa 14 mesi (media di 40 post al mese).

• Obbiettivo Engagement Vorrei totalizzare un numero di commenti uguale o superiore a 15000. Credo molto nell'importanza dell'interazione e commentare è un occasione di confronto e permette di incentivare gli autori che leggo e seguo con piacere. Fino ad oggi ho scritto un totale di 7686 commenti (poco meno di 11 commenti al giorno). Per raggiungere il mio obbiettivo devo scrivere altri 7314 commenti con una media di circa 17 commenti al giorno.

• Obbiettivo Onboarding Cerco costantemente di promuovere Hive e vorrei riuscire a liberare dalla catene opprimenti della centralizzazione dilagante almeno 28 persone con una media di 2 "liberati" al mese**.

• Obbiettivo Followers Attualmente ho 509 followers e vorrei superare i 1000 followers.

Conclusione

Ho costruito una tabella con il mio foglio di calcolo per monitorare il mio percorso e per stabilire dei passi intermedi che mi aiuteranno a raggiungere più facilmente il mio obbiettivo finale.

* Per ottenere 30000 HP entro il 31 Dicembre devo guadagnare in media 1445.37 HIVE al mese per quattordici mesi. Per raggiungere l'obbiettivo di questo mese mi mancano ancora 1196.81 HIVE.

Gli obbiettivi che mi sono posto non sono facili da raggiungere perchè un obbiettivo facile è un obbiettivo poco divertente e poco stimolante.

Ce la farò?

Forse no ma il mio impegno sarà massimo!
