No turning back now.

Do you ever wonder what it would be like if you had never discovered the space? Do you ever see yourself cashing out 100% of your holdings and leaving the industry for good? These are just some of the questions I ask myself sometimes when thinking about the future of the crypto game, and even though I honestly have no clue what happens next, I am absolutely positive I'm here to stay.

The ability to engage into permissionless, peer-to-peer transactions in a censorship-resistant manner feels good. Politicians can do whatever they like as long as this global network is up and running.

And it's up to me and you, not them.

I've said it before and I will say it again; profits are sweet but freedom is much better. To me, this whole internet money thingy goes way deeper than just financial gain. It's the second chance this world deserves.

It's a big FU to corruption, censorship and suppression of information.

Technology has made our lives so much better without a doubt. We have managed to solve some of the most important problems that had been stalling our advancement as a species, and keep coming up with amazing innovations that fuel the further development of our technology. This will in turn result into further advancement; this is a never-ending loop in a world with endless possibilities.

Information is power, and we now possess so many powerful tools that enable us to access, transmit and store it in a matter of seconds. Exponential growth is inevitable at this point, as there is literally more and more publicly available information regarding anything and everything as the months go by.

Our databases were never richer, and it was never easier to access that knowledge.

It's been only a few decades so far and we can see where the availability of vast amounts of information circulating on the web has taken us. The best part is that all this data is actively increasing the rate at which we produce more data. Feels like the situation is getting out of control. In a positive way.

So, why crypto?

The creation of the blockchain tech is just the next step. This global network of data gave birth to a much better alternative for the management of said data. It's a living organism that constantly fixes and improves itself. The key attributes of this new creation hold the key to collective development. Things that seemed impossible 50 years ago are now taken for granted, and we are just starting to utilize this much better alternative.

History repeats itself, and we just reinvented the wheel. Gearing up for a crazy technological ride over the course of the next couple of decades.

It was never easier for talented individuals to come together and form groups with the aim of providing solutions to some of our most significant problems while being granted the ability to monetize their skills and efforts. Big things will come into existence because of this. Talent is everywhere, and we can now transfer value anywhere, without any restrictions.

Giving up on the game was never in my books, and USD prices don't have a say on the matter. I keep coming back for more internet pennies every single day - it's an addiction at this point. The most important thing though is the fact that the crypto space makes me feel safe. Nobody can take my funds away. The economy can go get screwed and my life wouldn't be affected. Those puppets in suits and their decisions don't scare me anymore.

This feels like true power and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Let alone lame banknotes. Don't get it twisted though, I do keep a fiat safety net around. It's just that there's much less at stake when you don't put all your eggs in the same basket.

That's why crypto.

But what about you? Can you imagine your life without crypto? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.

That sums it all up for now!
