The markets never sleep.

Plus curation can't wait.

So we have some price action for BTC today, which is currently swinging around the $51k mark, with order books on Binance and Bittrex getting way too thin above the $54k mark. Apparently some crypto whales went Christmas shopping today, gathering large amounts of BTC in hopes of bagging some easy profits within the coming weeks. Let's hope they'll do the same on New Year's Eve.

It's safe to assume this move is going to pay off in the long haul one way or another with the pace at which the crypto space keeps expanding and making headlines these days. Holding for a couple of months should be enough.

The trend is there and it's obvious.

Are these people in for some good gains within the coming weeks? Nobody knows for sure, but I believe it's likely, especially considering that the world is now preparing for another round of lockdowns and all sorts of restrictions. I've said it before and will say it again: what's bearish for freedom is bullish for crypto.

The space is the antidote.

The element of surprise.

Things tend to get real when you least expect them to, so I believe now is a good time for the market to start racing again. It's been quite some time now that the vast majority of crypto investors and influencers have been quite bearish about the current cycle. Some believe a massive correction is imminent, but I do not believe there is room for huge dips anymore.

People used to liquidate during the holiday season in order to enjoy themselves and indulge in Christmas shopping. That doesn't seem to be the case this time around.

Many have claimed that BTC does not seem to follow the same patterns anymore, and my personal take on the matter is that this is a possible scenario. We now have large financial institutions and gigachads of all sorts entering the fray and claiming a piece of the pie, so things have changed a lot compared to say 4 years ago.

There's a lot more to come.

Natural progression.

Governments and central banks are now slowly but steadily embracing this change, normies share BTC memes on Facebook and Instagram, even my dang uncle asked me about BTC the other day and he is the type of person who cannot even shut down his mobile phone without help. The crypto game is just getting started. Used to be just a bunch of nerds here and there talking BTC and crypto, but now it's becoming ''mainstream''.

With all that being said, there's no time to waste. Gotta keep the hustle going. Christmas Eve is a great opportunity to get together with friends and loved ones and talk blockchain and crypto. That should be the number one talking point tonight. Don't let your relatives and significant others distract you from this fact. xD

As for me, I plan to remain active around here, drop some comments and spread the HIVE, LEO and bunch-of-other-layer2-token love. It's a must. Now it's time for me to get back to devouring those Christmas treats and goodies. Then I can consume some more LeoFinance material.

My best wishes for a Merry Christmas to you and yours!

That sums it all up for now. *
