I tell these kids not to make the mistake of working 80 hours a week to make an extra 15% next year. Its not worth it. Hell working 40 hours a week I can show you how to make 20% more selling on Ebay with the extra time you now have.

Preach it. To me, it's not just about the money. There has to be a balance between personal and professional life. I prefer being able to spend quality time with loved ones over working all day long just to make extra cash.

It's all a matter of priorities at the end of the day.
