With more and more amazing stuff being built on the Hive blockchain as the weeks go by, there is an ever-increasing number of ways to generate crypto-income through all sorts of online activities. It all started out as a blogging platform, but now it's turning into something much bigger.

The network has demonstrated immense growth in such a short period of time. As the number of internet users who join the crypto revolution increases at a high pace, we are gearing up for a couple of very productive years.

In tune with the times

The PTE trend will act as a catalyst for adoption. This beast of a blockchain can handle the job effortlessly. More people are waking up to this. There are billions of online gamers out there who haven't joined the party yet. Just wait until they find out about the numerous ways they can monetize this hustle. The clock is ticking.

The DeFi industry is here to stay and revolutionize global finance, expanding at a high pace and attracting more and more capital. Just wait until the world realizes Hive offers instant, feeless transactions combined with unparalleled security. The best part? It's all backed by a powerful, passionate, hard-working community. How long will it take for the word to come out?

I say it's gonna be big.

Moving in all directions

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or whatever, we can have it all at the same time, and we already have much better alternatives to most of these products thanks to layer two and all the progress being made over there. All of this in such a short period of time, and with Project Blank and many more projects in the works.

Projects that I do know of that is.

Which makes me wonder how much more is currently going on on the network that I know nothing about, and in what ways it will affect the space. It's simply impossible to keep up with everything happening on Hive right now.

Layer two is currently growing exponentially, raising awareness, bringing in more active users and driving up demand. There is a ton of value being generated on layer two on a daily basis, and large parts of it are transferred to layer one. At the same time, we are grabbing the attention of all sorts of different crypto communities.

Two birds with one stone.

Long-term thinking

At the moment, I am staking and compounding most of my layer-two earnings and plan to keep doing so until I hit some milestones I have set. Once done, I will start trading them for HIVE which I will use to increase my influence on the platform. Most daily drips and dividends go straight into my DEC stack to capitalize on the Splinterlands SPS airdrop.

I'm also eyeing UTOPIS, DHEDGE and BRO and looking to buy me a stake in those projects. Will probably use HBD author rewards to increase my passive crypto inflow, and use those gains to buy more HIVE. There's a plethora of options, so I need to do some digging before making decisions. I've been around for quite some time now but I still have a lot to learn.

This goes to show that Hive is moving fast. It feels like it doesn't really matter what BTC decides to do at this point. Will be very interesting to see how it all plays out in the coming months. Just stick around and enjoy the ride.
