Hi @trumpman, since this card born, I already got it 3 times, but I always put it on market with 600 SIM value and I sold it quickly. What I can see when this card came, was decrease my popularity and together my population, so I think top users who have too much population like to get it in order to decrease SIM penalty, more unemployed people you have, less SIM reward you got, so as my town haven't this problem, when I got it, I sell it immediately like you
