It seems that Nate Chastain, head of product at popular NFT trading platform OpenSea, has stopped working with the employer after being accused of manipulating NFT expenses the use of inside information.

The resignation of the head of merchandise at the “OpenSea” platform: After being recalled two days ago, Chastain updated his Twitter profile to include the phrase "Past:opensea", indicating that he no longer works at OpenSea.

Although this is no longer conclusive evidence, his withdrawal from OpenSea was mostly due to the accusations in opposition to him.

OpenSea CEO Devin Finzer has already up to date his previous blog post related to the incident with the news that OpenSea requested and established the resignation of one of its personnel the day prior to this for violating their dedication to the community.

In the CEO's update, it stated OpenSea right now commissioned a 1/3 party investigation after information of the manipulation surfaced.

Despite mounting proof towards him, Nate Chesten has not issued a public statement on the matter.

Meanwhile, the Twitter consensus from his target audience appears to be guilty, and some are even celebrating his resignation with a "CryptoPhunk" giveaway.

Still others respect the work that Chaesten has contributed to the NFT community and desire him well for shifting forward, regardless of his faults.

Accusations and Evidence: Nate Chesten was accused of the use of interior records to buy OpenSea NFT before it was released on the platform's homepage, and then promoting it for a good deal higher profits.

Chesten in the beginning sold NFT using some other account to disguise his identity, however used to be caught the use of blockchain information that revealed that his salary from these bills had been all transferred to his public address.

OpenSea later launched a submit on its blog confirming that this insider trading and manipulation had certainly occurred.

Chastain's earnings from this manipulation totaled 19 Ethereum, which is over $65,000 at the time of writing this article.
