Una de mis pasiones desde hace 3 años, es enseñar de Hive, pero no es un trabajo fácil, requiere de mucha dedicación y especialmente, de tiempo. Además, trabajar en solitario sobre este tema es rudo, lo mejor siempre es contar con apoyo y no hay mejor equipo, que el de Hive Sucre. De la mano de nuestros fundadores, @edmundochauran y @akasurev89, el equipo Hive Sucre sigue trabajando y creando alianzas. En esta oportunidad nuestra locación fue la sede de IMATUR, el Instituto Municipal Autónomo de Turismo. Con el objetivo de hacer un conversatorio sobre nuestro ecosistema, de la mano de @omarcitorojas, @jonsnow1983 y mi persona.

One of my passions since 3 years ago, is to teach Hive, but it is not an easy job, it requires a lot of dedication and specially, time. Besides, working alone on this subject is hard, the best thing is always to have support and there is no better team than Hive Sucre. Hand in hand with our founders, @edmundochauran and @akasurev89, the Hive Sucre team continues working and creating alliances. This time our location was the headquarters of IMATUR, the Municipal Autonomous Institute of Tourism. With the objective of making a conversation about our ecosystem, with the help of @omarcitorojas, @jonsnow1983 and myself.

La actividad comenzó con los inicios de la Web, para poder explicarles mucho mejor que es la Web 3.0, conceptos básicos de blockchain, el ecosistema Hive dando una explicación detallaada de la mayorías de nuestras aplicaciones descentralizadas (DApps), esto estuvo a cargo de nuestro compañero @omarcitorojas. Luego fue mi turno y finalizo el popular @jonsnow1983, aunque honestamente @jonsnow1983 hablo muchas veces en la gran mayoría se las diapositivas, fue el personaje de apoyo. Y fonalizo hablando del resguardo de llaves mediante la DApp Hive Keychain, también de 3Speak y como crear la cuenta.

The activity began with the beginnings of the Web, to be able to explain much better what is Web 3.0, basic concepts of blockchain, the Hive ecosystem giving a detailed explanation of most of our decentralized applications (DApps), this was in charge of our partner @omarcitorojas. Si algo se hacer muy bieny es crear contenido, así que me emocioné muchísimo cuando Edmundo me indicó que me tocaba ese punto. Creo que es muy importante encontrar las palabras exactas a la hora de hablar de este tema, ya que con ello podemos enamorar a las personas y entusiasmarlas para que hagan vida pronto en nuestro ecosistema. Les conté de mi experiencia a lo largo de mis casi 3 años en la blockchain, lo que debemos tener en cuenta como “Comunidades”, Fuentes” “Etiquetas” y nuestros incentivos, como lo son “Hive”, “Hive Power” y “HBD”. A la hora de crear contenido mi consejo principal siempre es “ser constantes” ya que con ello iremos mejorando día a día, nos involucramos y haremos comunidad mucho mejor.

If there is one thing I know how to do very well, it is to create content, so I was very excited when Edmundo told me that I had to do that. I think it is very important to find the right words when talking about this topic, because with it we can make people fall in love and get them excited so that they will soon come to life in our ecosystem. I told you from my experience throughout my almost 3 years in blockchain, what we should keep in mind as "Communities", Sources" "Tags" and our incentives, such as "Hive", "Hive Power" and "HBD". When it comes to creating content my main advice is always "be constant" as with this we will improve day by day, we will get involved and we will make community much better.

La verdad me sorprendió muchísimo como los integrantes de IMATUR se integraron a nuestro conservatorio, hicieron muchas preguntas y eso es excelente, ya que se notó bastante el interés en los temas que sé tocaron. A mitad del conversatorio hicimos un Break, donde varios de las personas se acercaron preguntando sobre otras cosas de Hive, se aclararon sus dudas y después de un rato continuamos hablando. Ya para la segunda mitad, estaban muy emocionados. Estuvimos desde las 3:00pm hasta casi las 6:00pm hablando de Hive, pero honestamente no se noto pesado ni demasiado largo, fue excelente.

The truth is that I was very surprised how the members of IMATUR were integrated into our conservatory, they asked many questions and that is excellent, as it was quite noticeable the interest in the topics that were touched. In the middle of the conversation we made a break, where several people approached asking about other things about Hive, their doubts were clarified and after a while we continued talking. By the second half, they were very excited. We were from 3:00pm until almost 6:00pm talking about Hive, but honestly it didn't feel heavy or too long, it was excellent.
