Excited For New Mints Promo Card For Sps Stakers
Yesterday I was checking spinterlands sps staking page and I have seen proposal that is SPS DAO Mints Promo Card for SPS Stakers after reading proposal I voted for it. If you check the stats now then total 93% user upvoted this proposal including me. The good thing of this change is users who holding sps will get new promo card as well as it will impact the price in positive way.
Minimum requirement to purchase this card is 1000 staked sps which is quite cheap because the sps price is currently low. Also sps holder getting GLX airdrop and APR on staking and now this promo card so it is going to increase the demand. Other side, boosting land survey can pump the DEC and may be it will hit the peg and this thing would help the sps to increase. That's why sentiments are turning positive in Splinterlands as well.
The thing is you must hold at least 1000 splintershards in staking so this is the ticket to buy newly created monster with 1 voucher price that will burn. This sps dao proposal seems like excellent and no one knows that which type of card is this and there is no specific detail but it seems good initiative for positive effect on price. And 1 voucher is not a big deal.
If you check the votes then it is look like that this proposal will be passed easily and we will see the impact slowly after the changes will be applied. The crypto market is turning positive and because of this we have seen that deck value is also increased and there are lots of splinterlands users who holding splinterlands monsters since long time so I hope they must be happy now. It is not increased like before but at least it has given us a hope and relief.
More $500 added in my deck value which is good. Well the total deck value is 6 time lower than it's peak price. The thing is whether the deck value is higher or not But I must have to hold because if I sell any splinterlands card then my collection power will reduce and I would loss my current league. So I will see what is going to happen and then take decision.
Selling high and buying back when it's low
A very simple rule but in reality it is not easy because many experienced people do not able to do this in correct time but we can try it. This mints promo card is definitely going to benefit us all and we see the price impact too but when it comes to deck value then my target is when the price will increase according my estimation, I will sell my assets so that I can buy in bear market. You know you can get huge profit in this process.
Let's calculate it. My deck value was around $6.5k + and now it dropped to $1.5 k So that mean $5k loss. What if I was sold my deck in $6 k and re buy it now around $1.5k price. Sounds like perfect deal. I was not sold anything because of collection power loss but you can play this buy-sell game with your extra monsters. Everyone has their own different opinion on this topic. So it is not recommended that you should agree with me. Everyone has their own strategy. I tried my strategy and I am not in loss but I want to take it to advance level. Let's be smart for the next bear and bull season.
Anyway I hope as a sps holder you are excited for this new monster. Whatever the stats will be but it should be beneficial for all of us.
