So guys I always want to find ways to help the people of my country especially the women of Pakistan. So for that purpose, I thought to hold a session regarding hive and teach the people of my country to learn while working from home.

Women in our countries, particularly in developing countries, do not frequently work or participate in the country's economic activity.

And the majority of them have their own reasons, which we respect, so we can't force them to go outdoors merely to work. And the nicest thing I learned from the research is that women who stay at home and do not go out to work are eager to earn if they had the opportunity to do so.

The issue was that they didn't know where to begin, which is a significant gap in our society. And there were a slew of issues, as I've detailed below:

As a result, according to 2020 figures, working women account for 46.9% of all women in the labor force.

In Pakistan, women have a literacy rate of 47 percent, whereas only 25 percent of women earn, although this 25 percent includes women who are part of the 53 percent of illiterate women who work as maids or clerks in factories.

I've chosen to do my part in closing this gap, so we'll be hosting a Zoom session for women who are unable to work in workplaces, organizations, or leave their homes for any reason. We will conduct this training session so that people can earn money from home. I've taught them how to work from home and earn money performing tiny jobs that require no capital and simply time.

Women in Pakistan have a literacy rate of approximately 47%, with only 25% of women contributing to the country's economic activity. • The majority of whom are maids or work at the lowest level of a corporation and are illiterate. Pakistan has one of the lowest rates of female labor force participation in South Asia. Lack of access to secure transportation, social standards, and household obligations are all factors contributing to the low rate.

To close this gap in our community, we collaborated with the Lemmen's home in Dar ul Sakun, where the majority of the socially displaced women reside.

Our goal in having them partner with them is to help those women become financially stable by educating them on how to earn money from home and how to do it. And, in comparison to partnering with the hostel, finding needy individual women was quite difficult.

It took a lot of effort to organize this session, and I hope that the folks to whom I exhibited the HIVE will benefit from it. And, inshallah, I'm looking forward to conducting another session soon. The ones I've shown have assured me that once they start generating money for her, more people would want to join. The "Word Of Mouth" system is the most fundamental kind of marketing.
