Ecency won't let you save multiple drafts, but it offers a feature just as useful and you can use it to save your drafts: Snippets

Normally reserved for bits and pieces of content you refer to repeatedly (including "signature text" and commonly-used Markdown patterns), you can add a new snippet so that it is a draft of a future post.

If a front-end can't do something in the normal way, maybe it offers a workaround which can accomplish the same thing. This is one such time.
