If your looking for a niche in which to specialize, or to mine that niche for all you can, you only need one.
If you're looking for a topic (niche or no niche), then it's good to have options. If the current angle isn't yielding results, just turn a few degrees in a different direction and more options come into view.
While I'm no expert on the subject, there are ways to write about beer which will be suitable for LeoFinance. That's a topic for another time. ๐
