Join A Community

This is important, especially for people used to WordPress-style blogging. Without joining a community, posting only to the blog with only topic tags won't do much.

New Hivers can't just join any community, though. They need to join a community (tribal or not) which meets these 2 criteria:

  1. "Many" members (definitely not 6 members);
  2. Frequent activity-- 1000 members who haven't posted in a year is virtually an inavtive group.

Just as many bloggers using WordPress also use Twitter and Instagram, Hivers can use-- along with #leothreads-- D.Buzz and LikeTu. D.Buzz is the microblogging dApp Hivers had been using to post buzzes. The LikeTu dApp is Hive's equivalent of Instagram. Both D.Buzz and LikeTu can also be accessed by Ecency, PeakD, and Hive.Blog.

Over time, more dApps are released to bring Web2 features to Hivers.
