Ponzi schemes and greed
First of all , what can we define as ponzi schemes?
Well Ponzi schemes can be defined as the form of fraud which occurs by luring the investors and then pay the profits to those who were the earlier investors with the funds which came from the new investors...
The ponzi scheme disguise and make their victims to actually think and believe that all their profits are/would be coming from the legitimate business activity or activities , and the victims will not be aware that the other investors are the true source of the funds..
Huge number of people have fallen into the trap of ponzi schemes and got scammed and lost their money.
One of the major thing that the ponzi schemes operators use to attract investors is to promise them very huge return on their investments , most times the promised returns are very huge and unrealistic but many of the investors still fall for the ponzi schemes because they want to get rich overnight without bothering to know how realistic the investment scheme is.
Greed is the major factor that makes alot of people to become so much interested in schemes that promises very huge unrealistic returns on investments , many of the investors are already aware that the scheme sounds like a scam but they allow greed to overpower their thinking and then they decide to go ahead to invest in those schemes which later tend to be a ponzi scheme..
If it sounds too good to be true , then it is probably not true ..
Greed is one of the major factors why alot of people get scammed so easily , one can get scammed via various ways but greed is one of the major problem that makes alot of people to fall for scams easily even when they are seeing signs that it sounds like a total scam , the greed keep pushing them to always have the mindset of getting rich overnight , so they do not care about involving in those schemes as long as the schemes promise them very huge returns on investments.
The ponzi schemes operators are aware of the power of greed and they use it as a tool to defraud people mosy especially the greedy ones..
Greed is dangerous , please avoid it...please stop the greed..thank you.
