News: January 15, 2022. Mortgage Rates are Highest Since March 2020

The increase of the average percentage of mortgage is a sign of the inflationary times. I will check into that. The current information, its that the average 30 year mortgage right is 3.45%. The previous week it was 3.22%. The value represents the highest since March 2020.

The rate jump was fueled by expectations that the Federal Reserve will reduce in its stimulus monetary measures in response to inflation pressure. Also, by the perception by the people that economy is improving.
