The home prices have been increasing at an annual rate of about 20%. See my previous post, regarding this topic. However, this may not be sustainable due to the soaring mortgage prices and the signs that a recession is approaching.
There are already signs that the market is cooling, such as price markdowns and a low homebuyer sentiment. In addition, the affordability of homes is dropping to levels not seen before.
