Vivo felizmente con mi pareja, Elías, ya llevamos 6 años juntos, no tenemos hijos todavía, pero sí un perrito llamado Baco y muchos planes, realmente con él he aprendido a crecer y a aprender cada día más de mí y de él, nos llevamos muy bien sin dejar de ser diferentes, siendo nuestro principal valor como pareja el respeto y de segundo la empatía . Baco y él me hacen sentir plena y completa. También soy feliz con mi mamá, mi hermano y su familia, juntos complementan mi mundo y me hacen ser lo que soy.

Mi personalidad se define a través de 3 características:

Creativa: me gusta utilizar mis habilidades creativas para hallar solución o simplemente reinventar el cómo se hacen las cosas, también me gusta pintar, hacer esculturas, cocinar y soy sumamente detallista con la estética de las cosas.

Curiosa: vivo para seguir aprendiendo más y más, me gusta investigar, ir siempre más allá de las cosa que tengo ante mis ojos, por lo que siempre vivo curiosa del mundo que me rodea y lo que hay allá, afuera.

Risa de delfín: Creo firmemente en que debemos ver principalmente lo bonito de la vida y aprender también de lo malo y ¿por qué no? ¡reírnos de eso! La alegría para mi es un valor, y busco que mi vida sea vivida con alegría aún en la adversidad y también contagiar a otros para cambiar la forma de ver lo que nos suceda y los retos que se nos presentan, y pues lo de risa de delfín es porque, sí, mis carcajadas suenan a un delfín.

Desde pequeña fui lectora destacada, aprendiendo a la edad de 3 años, realmente no recuerdo aprender, simplemente desde que recuerdo, ya sabía leer, cosa que me permitió entrar al bello mundo de la lectura, aprendí de todo según mi edad y fui muy buena estudiante siempre.

Estudié siempre en escuelas públicas, con maestras y profesores maravillosos, como ya no los hay. Adoraba las matemáticas (todavía), educación artística, la historia y todo lo relacionado a comercio, contabilidad y empresas, se puede decir que mi gusto por los estudios era múltiple, lo que me hizo siempre saber un poco de todo.

Luego de graduarme de bachiller tenía las puertas abiertas en muchas universidades gracias a mi gran esfuerzo como estudiante, lo que no hizo fácil escoger carrera, también diría que es por no conocerme bien en ese momento: Primero: Entré a estudiar Matemática Pura en la USB, aprendí mucho pero era lo mío, así que me cambié a la UCV a computación, te preguntarás ¿por qué esa carrera? Pues, mi respuesta fue que me gustaban las computadoras… por supuesto computación no era solo el equipo y fue un shock importante, aprendí muchísimo y a ese paso le debo mi desarrollo del pensamiento lógico y estratégico, además de encontrar unos amigos maravillosos, que después de más de 10 años aún conservo.

En mi carrera profesional he desempeñado diferentes tareas, las que más me han gustado ha sido ser consultora organizacional y facilitadora de talleres y cursos. Como consultora trabajé para una empresa que apoyaba a las organizaciones a cumplir sus metas y objetivos realizando intervenciones organizacionales, mediciones de clima organizacional y cumpliendo tareas en las que las empresas necesitaban de una ayuda en específico. En mi experiencia como facilitadora empecé desde muy temprano dando clases particulares de matemática y contabilidad desde que salí de bachillerato, luego dando clases formalmente como preparadora de estudiantes de contabilidad y matemáticas en la universidad y finalmente facilitando cursos y talleres para equipos en empresas privadas, público abierto y también para ayudar a otros a mejorar sus finanzas y sus habilidades profesionales y como equipo.

Lo que más me gusta de mi trabajo es que contribuyo a ayudar al otro así sea desde mi parcela.

También tengo un emprendimiento, una Agencia de festejos llamada Papaya Party, tuvimos el año 2019 muy fructífero y lleno de mucho aprendizaje, buscando siempre brindar un buen servicio y haciendo fácil todo lo relacionado a fiestas y celebraciones, fue todo un reto aprender de atención al cliente, conocer lo que las personas les gusta para celebrar a sus familias, manejar todas las maquinarias, hacer alianzas con otros proveedores y buscar siempre hacer crecer nuestro pequeño emprendimiento.
Actualmente nos encontramos detenidos momentáneamente debido a las restricciones de reuniones sociales por la pandemia del COVID - 19 pero estamos preparadísimos para arrancar, con mucha motivación y extrañando todo lo que hacíamos.

¿Por qué estoy aquí?

1. Lo primero que llama mi atención en Hive es poder experimentar y aprender más acerca de la tecnología blockchain, siento tendencia en el mundo financiero y ya ampliando su rango de acción a otros ámbitos de la vida

4. ¡Porque me gusta! ¿De qué les hablaré?

Como les he relatado he pasado por distintas facetas y me gustan muchísimas cosas por lo mis posts estarán dedicados mayormente a compartir los conocimientos que he adquirido de:

- Finanzas personales y para emprendimientos, definición de modelo de negocios y tendencias gerenciales: Confío firmemente en que el conocimiento financiero da herramientas para hacer a las personas más felices y seguras de lograr sus propósitos, de la misma forma creo que es vital que todos sepamos así sea un poquito para ayudarnos a tomar mejores decisiones en nuestra vida, que queramos o no siempre impactan en nuestro bolsillo, lo importante es decidir cómo y si para una persona es algo básico, para un emprendedor es algo VITAL para poder dirigir el rumbo de su emprendimiento o empresa de la mejor manera posible. De la misma forma poder definir cuál es y cómo funcionan nuestros negocios personales o corporativos tiene tanta o mayor importancia que las finanzas, nos hace conocer(nos) más, conocer el mercado donde estamos trabajando y poder dar una respuesta y/o producto que realmente nos produzca beneficios. Por último, como dije antes, las relaciones son intercambios y aprender de tendencias gerenciales y habilidades personales siempre te dará una ventaja en el medio donde te muevas.

- Creaciones artísticas a través de la cocina y las artes plásticas bien sea cuadros, dibujos o restauración de muebles: Este es un hobbie que viene en desarrollo, estas actividades son muy personales y son las que uno dice que el tiempo se detiene mientras las haces, las creaciones en todos los sentidos representan mi pasión, la expresión más profunda de mi ser y compartirlo me llena de emoción, usualmente lo mantengo como algo privado, pero es hora de que salga a la luz.
