Chaos Knight Lead The Team, But Cornealus Was The Last Monster Standing!

Every week, @splinterlands posts a challenge for players to post about their battle, using a specific card or splinter. This week’s challenge, is to use Chaos Knight!

All monsters have Poison and the slowest monster strikes first!

So, here was the team I put together:

Since, Chaos Knight is a Life Monster, I began by choosing my Life summoner. I picked, Tyrus Paladium- a powerful Fire Summoner! Tyrus is at level 5 and adds an armor stat to each friendly monster!!

A Khymerian prophecy says that a chosen hero will rise from humble beginnings to wield the Silver Shield and the Silver Sword, uniting the world against evil. Whispers in Khymeria say that Tyrus Paladium, the talented summoner who began as a fisherman is that chosen hero.

I was already feeling confident, but let’s get to my monster line-up!

My Monster Lineup

In my tank position, I chose Chaos Knight! This card is not very impressive, but it's the reason for this challenge! I do like Shield ability, though! Shield reduces damage from Melee and Ranged attacks.

Defender Of Truth followed. I just left this card and I use it anytime I can! It has some awesome stats for such a low cost card! It has the Protect ability which I love! Protect gives all friendly Monsters +2 Armor.

I then chose, Divine Healer. I mainly chose this card for its ability. It has the tank heal ability. Tank Heal Restores a portion of the Monster in the first position's health each round.

Armorsmith was chosen to be in the fourth position. It's a gold foil card and I chose him solely for his repair abIlity!! Repair Restores some armor to the friendly Monster whose armor has taken the most damage.

Sand Worm was fifth. It's attack is awesome and the sneak ability allowed it to attack from this position! Sneak also targets the last Monster on the enemy Team instead of the first Monster.

Cornealus, anchored the team. This card is bad ass!! All the stats are amazing! This card has thorns which When hit with a Melee attack, does damage back to the attacker. It also has Heal which Restores a portion of the Monster's health each round. Amazing card!!

My battle went 12 rounds, and Cornealus was the only monster left standing! It was a close battle! I was very happy with the team I assembled, and was very pleased with my victory ✌🏽
