Why are you so concerned about this, upvotes for your posts? Does it make a big difference to the platform?

I'm never worried about upvoting my posts, because my current upvote value is still low. But if my upvote value has reached 2 POB, I will not give upvote again on my post. Yeah even though it's quality because it gets upvotes from other people, but I won't say that my posts get a lot of rewards because are quality.

But I think it's not the author's upvote that determines the quality of the post on the platform, but the number of upvotes, by real people, not bots. But to an even greater extent, in my opinion, the quality of a post is determined by the number and quality of comments on it.

Yeah you're right, to see a quality post. We just need to see how many upvotes and comments on the post. And whatever it depends on how the account owner wants to use their voting power. xD
