FIRST GEN ALPHA DOGAMÍ DROP on Feb 24, 2022

Hi, this is my first post on the Hive Gaming community. I am playing Splinterlands and Rising Star currently, but like a recent starter only. Other games I am playing are Townstar and soon Dogami.

I actually posted about Dogami a month ago in case anybody from Hive is interested to be whitelisted on the first game to be launched on the Petaverse. On my first post it was not yet that clear how the game was going to be gameplay-wise but now there had been more materials released ever since.

If you're not whitelisted the powers that be of Dogami still allocated some 2000 slots out of 8000 for non-whitelisted individuals. For whitelisted people, pre-sale is going to happen on February 22, 2022 and then public sale will be on Feb 24, 2022. So there is still a chance to get in even not getting whitelisted.

Dogami is on the Tezos network and you will need either a Temple or Kukai wallet to mint. Yes, XTZ tokens are mandatory too. XTZ are just about available on any centralized exchanges.

Truth to tell, this game looks cheap now as XTZ slid down from $7 to $3.30 something. Also the game has only pegged 50 XTZ as mint price even to non-whitelisted individuals. I guess this is the only time we'll see the price of Dogami at this level because when it released an accessory NFT, the doga bone, on the Tezos NFT market, the price has shot up 10x from $2 to $20 (plus/minus $3).

Remember this is a play-to-earn game, and also about taking care of dogs, and so probably we're going to be forced to spend a bit on usual dog accessories like collars, toy bone, training and such. Anyway, the more you do things with your dog, the rarity of your dog increases. You can actually make your dog go up to Diamond Level. By the way, if you are able to mint, the dog breed will be a surprise.

That's it, I'm just spreading this news out just incase someone might be interested to try the public sale on Feb 24. Who knows, you might get lucky and get awarded with a Dogami dog.
