This was the first thing my onboarder told me when I first joined Hive and began writing. He had first told me to explore as much as I can before I start submitting post which I did and I learnt a lot in the first week I joined but never wrote a post until I was about two weeks on the platform. I think I had a very good background joining Hive thanks to my onboarder who knew well enough on how to keep a newbie on her toes.

Growing my Hive Stakes has become a habit thanks to learning it from the very beginning. I've introduced a lot of persons to Hive and I made sure to add this rule for them to follow but some just don't follow it because of some pressing issues offline which I think could have been sorted out without Hive being there.

Growing Your Hive Stakes involve...

Staking your Hive Power - What I consider the most important stake for an account to grow and this isn't done easily as it requires consistency and effort to produce quality over quantity posts. I always suggest Joining Hive power up days for newbies it will help them grow their Hive Stakes more faster.

Staking your Second layer tokens - It took me almost a month to learn about what I've been missing out in the Hive engine but when I found out, I didn't waste more time but to grow my stakes as fast as I could which today has grown to tangible amount of money for me.

How to do these? Setting your post rewards to 100% Hive power or powering up daily would help a lot. As for your second layer tokens, using the tags and staking any little amount you have in your wallet will grow them even if not as fast as you would want at first.

The more stakes you have, the more your earnings on Hive... Newbies, grow your hive stakes fist.
