Five steps to getting mentioned on the POB Richlist
Do you want to move up 5 places in the POB richlist? This week POB reached 1 million tokens in circulation. When I read about the POB richlist by @interpretation I was suprise that I was mentioned in the article titled competition to get in rich list increases.
I was mentioned on this "richlist" as one who moved up five places on the "richlist" scale in just one week. I should take a minute to explain how that is possible.

Love the POB community. Without love for this community I would have sold all the POB when it was at 1.4 Hive. I met such active and interesting people. They come from different countries and speak different languages but they give their heart to write and post in POB. A lot of them I met on the POB talk daily challenge by @vempromundo.pob. It's no secret that I frequent there. I wanted to be able to reward these writers. The list is too long to include here but you know who you are. Some of you writers have also supported me. Here is one example of a more than purple chap. I love his desire for truth and freedom and expression through art . I have not always agreed with everything you wrote but I understand the one desire for free speech and I love it. This mutual love for the truth and freedom has been greatly rewarded on POB. I have learned to eat and share a lot of PIZZA.

*Just be myself. Each time I look at the trending and new posts on POB I make up my mind to write something new. I am inspired and sometimes frustrated by what I read and I know the community could benefit from looking at things from another angle. When I say being myself it is sometimes out of this world but not totally unreasonable. Here's an example of the Pob Lexus. It is usually my reaction, although not very analytical it usually truthful, witty and humorous. Success anywhere starts from learning to take a joke and make a joke.

*Join contests and initiatives from others. My favorite is @calumam's pob-wotw contest. These contests stretch our brain and open the door to rewards and recognition on hive. There is nothing wrong with joining all the contests here on POB. When I felt I won enough I made my own contests and initiatives to give to others like the pobish Twitter giveaway and making a good impression. POB is still a community that rewards those who give to others. It's just getting to the point that there are so many contests and initiatives it is hard to keep track. As soon as I find one I try to leave a comment and participate as soon as I can.

*Get lucky. This one may not work for everyone. I trade hive and other crypto on hive-engine and on ionomy or other trading places. I prefer ionomy even though there is smaller volume than places like Binance. Things move slower on ionomy but I have had some trades in my favor that I could transfer Hive and buy some POBs to be staked to help upvote others.

*Stay active and reward others. I don't have an automatic vote for anyone or an upvote trail I am following. Maybe it would technically be a little better way to collect curation rewards but I want to reward others for uniqueness and for posts that make me think or make me laugh. I have tried to post something every day to interact with those who follow. More importantly I check in a couple times a day even if I am on the run. I look for some good posts from my following and from the new or trending in POB and enjoy curation rewards. If I still have time at the end of the day I check my wallet and stake what I can.
So there you have it.
Anyone can move up the richlist with a lot of effort, love, luck and friends. It has been one of the most interesting internet journeys ever in my life.
