The million dollar question on everybody’s mind, or let me say on many cryptofolks mind. In my opinion it’s very possible, I mean, this is “Doge father” we are talking about. Some people are even saying Dogehas pumped based on this alone, and if you actually look at the charts, lol Doge actually pumped.

Just kidding. But jokes aside.

Why I think Elons position on Twitter will do good for crypto is totally different from Doge pumps, Doge could be pumping for whatever reason, but what could really matter is this. A little over a couple of months ago, Michael Saylor of Microstrategy made a nice suggestion to Elon Musk about how to curb the bot infestation on Twitter.

At that time, Elon Musk hadn’t even signaled his interest in acquiring the platform, the rich billionaires of Twitter were just ranting about how difficult it was to use the platform based on bots and censorship matters. Micheal Saylor suggested that Jack Dorsey(Former Twitter CEO) should implement a system that used Bitcoin to verify users.

Make Twitter require every real account to hold a particular amount of Sats in their wallets that will be bound to their accounts, so upon bad behavior, the sats will be slashed by Twitter and the account will loose money. In summary, making a bot farm that cost a couple of dollars that can be lost might not really be worth it.

While this is not perfect, it could work can’t it? If it does, it’ll really help onboard millions of people into crypto, imagine the millions of people that will have to buy Sats to own a Twitter account, that alone automatically take so many sats out of circulation.

Perhaps they later carried on the conversation in their DM’s, no one knows. There was nothing about this again, no replies or retweets in agreement or anything. Maybe Elon thought Micheal Saylor was too mad and didn’t deserve a reply, who knows!but lol, I’ll like to think Elon is madder though lol. Anyway bots had infested their replies at that time.

So yes, if Twitter implements this Saylors idea, it’ll be cool, super cool infact, but what’s the likelihood of that? Very low. What if he decides to implement Doge instead?

With Jacks Blu Sky on the horizon I wonder what will be the future of Twitter, wouldn’t everyone just move to Blue Sky? Anyway, that’s for Elon to worry about. What do you think?
