Hi there Splinter warriors. How has the season been on your side, it’s been battles upon battles for me, I’m presently on Gold level tier 2 and I’m guessing that’s where I’ll be ending the season this time. I ended last season at gold level 3, if you remember, I chickened out of fighting, I feared I’d be beaten back to Silver league so I stopped fighting to retain my level.

This season has been more daring as I predicted, I even went ahead to rent 2 summoners that I haven’t really used. I rented Zaku for Fire Splinter and Lir Deepsweeper for Water splinter. My first time of actually renting cards. I’ve not really used them because I didn’t think their mana’s being high at 7 were going to be any hindrance.

The thing is that most other summoners have mana of 4 or 3 or if lucky, 2. Having your summoner at 7 has taken up such a huge mana space already, leaving only little mana left for the remaining monsters which most of the time isn’t just enough and leads one to loosing. I’ve figured that my original summoners are good enough and I won’t be renting that again.

If at all I’ll be using the rental market next time, it’ll be for other monsters not summoners. I don’t know if it’s just me but wielding the Zaku wasn’t as deadly as I thought. Yeah the blast feature is a nice thing, but a serious opponent will take you out before you can even shoot your best moves. Interesting how the most lethal summoners have such high mana’s.

My best cards remain the ones that have high damage points and low mana. I’m not a big fan of those gigantic cards with mana higher than 7, I just feel they’re big for nothing most of the time. The last thing I’ll like to mention is that my seasons chest are way less than they were last season even though I reached higher league for this season, so I don’t get it.

How’s the season going on your side? Kicking ass?
