Entrepreneurs have a usual habit of working themselves so hard and breaking out at the end of the day, do you know that even during the moments of being completely tired and exhausted some entrepreneurs always try to get busy and that is one basic reason behind not being productive. The truth is, there is a difference between just working and being productive, when you are productive means you are working to get result but at a tired and exhausted state, you may not be able to work to produce any beneficial result any longer.

With lots of blogs telling us about how much sacrifices are to be made by entrepreneurs, some new entrepreneurs just belief they have to kill themselves with work but I will like to remind you that there is a limit to the power of coffee and energy drinks.

It is not compulsory to have a sleepless night.

I think so many motivational speakers ask people to give up hours of rest if they want to be productive, I am not trying to say people should sleep too much, but it is not mandatory to sacrifice your periods of rest just for people to hail you for being productive, and there are better ways to go about it:

Why not plan your day? ‘

You can make the most use of the day by setting targets and the time you want to accomplish them but the plan must also include rest hours. Setting limits to work hours will indeed create the ability to rest properly when it is needed. While you might be thinking that you have some great ability to accomplish all the work you have to do at the same time, your body is getting really weak and storing up stress and it might just break down and cost you more money and even time to stay on sick bed without getting to work at all.

You can also plan your week.

I like to advice that when weekly plans are scheduled, weekends should be dedicated to spend time with loved ones and family and relaxation at the same time. Experiences from sickness has made me understand that we can only fight to gain wealth when we still have our health intact, the health is a determinant factor to how hard we can work and if the body is not treated appropriately, the health will fail.
