Hello Hive

Farming is a good business for a lot of people and myself personally.
Just like every other investment one has to plan and prepare ahead.
Planning includes checking for available landapace, the crops in mind, the finances on ground, the human laboue needed and the hopes of what we desire to be the outcome for the years planting.

The rains came down much earlier than expected this year.
And eve though we all had thought that it wouldn't be continuous and might probably stop in between, the rains have remained fairly consistent since the beginning of this month.

The farms are wet enough for planting after much inspection and this made us to take the next move regarding preparations.

The crops to be planted remains
Rice corn millet beans yams groundnuts and vegetables

(Its good to see some upcoming grasses and seeds from last year harvest sprouting growing green from the old debris)

Even though we have the other available space we are clamouring for more expansion but the amounts required for leasing farming lands have increased.

A plot goes for about $5. Not minding seeds we need to buy and other financial expenses.

More people are venturing unto farming since it is becoming more mechanized and individuals can afford simple farming tools.
