So second day back at work after that long ass lockdown and here are some of the coins i got today. There is a mix of silver and copper, i have not researched these coins fully yet for price as i still need to eat tonight and have a million and 1 things to do still.

Just as any buy you always end up with wheat an chaff, i sort the coins into two piles and then i go onto put the better coins into coin flips which protect the coin, you can see here i have 12 coins from about 40 in the original pile.

The first coin i wanna show off is a 1816 George III sixpence, i believe this is what is called a bullhead style with nice definition and probably be classified a fine grade.

The reverse of the coin is also in nice condition with a lot of detail still remaining on the coat of arms, without checking the price i am estimating the price to be around £15 to £20.

This coin is probably my favourite due it being unsual as most 1887 shillings are Jubilee style portraits with this one being a Bun head style.

The coin has really nice detail and is much better than a fine probably going toward the very fine marker, the only thing that lets the coin down in my opinion is the tiny ding above the word Brittania on the edge of the coin. The coin has an estimated value of around £25 and will boost any collection of Victorian British coins.

This is the first of the coppers i thought held more value, it is a Canadian one cent from 1911, the detail on this coin is really nice but it has issues.

The reverse of this coin is fantastic detail with a tiny bit of lustre in places but the obverse shows signs of someone trying to clean it as it has very slight rub marks which is a real shame but still a really nice example. I currently have not looked up the price of this coin but going off memory this is probably around the £3 mark.

The second copper is an Eddie which are sometimes the rarer of coins of the British empire, the thing that makes me smile about this coin is that being an Indian Anna it reminds me of Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones.

This coin is circulated but still has nice detail for example the ear on King Edwards head is not worn down but the toothed bored does show signs of wear, the reverse also shows signs of circulation wear but holds nice detail in the border with the tops of leaves worn down in places.

This was the only French copper i found worth mentioning as all the others where really bad, i love the simplicity of these coins as it basically states Republic of France and the date with a sweet portrait of what i think is Lady Liberty.

The reverse shows the denomination of 5 centimes, the coin overall is fairly worn but still looks nice and probably be a good plus, i dont know the price and need to look through price catalogues. On note when checking these coins is the mint mark in the centre of the coin under the word centimes.

This is the only cupro nickel coin i found worth showing, it is a 1966 Guernsey ten shillings and this coin celebrates 1000 years since William the Conqueror became the King of England, it is one of the few coins that show to Monarchs on the same coin.

The obverse shows the current monarch and i prefer the portraits done by Guernsey and IOM over the ones done for coins in mainland Britain. The coin has hardly any marks and sits into an Extremely fine bracket in my opinion and has a price of around £6, i believe this coin is non circulating type and can be found in the original plastic case fairly easy.

The last coin is more of curiosity as i am unsure what it actually is, it is that small i couldnt get my camera to focus even on Super Macro so it is an ideal candidate for my next episode of coins under the microscope. I have a strong feeling it could be an Indian state coin but that is just a guess.
