Play-to-earn, Defi, and NFT stand out as the major trends of the recent era in cryptoverse. Remarkable projects are being developed on Hive in these areas.

Splinterlands has risen to second place among all blockchain-based games with an ever-increasing number of users. If the user number trend doesn't change, it seems certain that Splinterlands will rise to first place before the end of September. (Source: https://dappradar.com/hive/games)

Another important development on Hive is the https://tribaldex.com/ site with Defi and NFT capabilities. The swap capability, called Diesel Pools, is important in terms of minimizing the gap between the bid and ask prices, which is a major problem on conventional Hive Engine exchanges. For example, I made my Leo investment with tokens I bought through Diesel Pools. I also wanted to buy POB, but unfortunately, there is no SWAP.HIVE: POB pool right now.

Tribaldex also offers opportunities for investors who want to generate income through Hive tokens. I have invested in the SWAPHIVE: CENT pool. Since both Cent token and Diesel Pools infrastructure are new, the amount I invest is small. But I still like to generate income through this pool with an APR close to 100%.

Tribaldex.com allows us to move pegged versions of many cryptocurrencies onto Hive Engine. I sent Steem and Matic tokens from relevant chains for trial, and I didn't encounter any problems. The Hive Engine also features pegged versions of popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and DogeCoin.

Tribaldex also has an NFT Marketplace called Openhive. I bought an NFT from there for the first time in my life. Buying artwork with Hive was an interesting experience. The item we want to buy falls into the shopping cart at the top. It is necessary to click on the basket and conclude the purchase from there. Purchased artifacts are stored on the corresponding site. (In my case https://nftshowroom.com/)

Tribaldex site serves both end-users like me and those who want to develop applications on Hive. This unusual situation makes it difficult to use the site. Also, it would be nice if we could see the APR provided by liquidity pools.

In the meantime, I would like to note that Defi operations performed on Hive Engine are attractive in terms of transaction time and transaction cost. On the other hand, I did not come across any information about what security measures were taken. It will be wise to start investing in small amounts.

Thank you for reading.
