[ESP-ENG] ¡Probando la nueva habilidad Conscript!

Esta semana para el Social Media Challenge decidi hacer un post hablando sobre la nueva habilidad Conscript, aprovechando que mi final de temporada me dio muchas cartas y que ya tengo a todos los invocadores disponibles para jugar. Estos invocadores son bastante especiales porque tienen una habilidad unica y que conforme vayan avanzando las temporadas y vayan subiendo de nivel va a tomar mas y mas importancia en las batallas, asi que hablemos de ella.

This week for the Social Media Challenge I decided to make a post talking about the new Conscript ability, taking advantage of the fact that my last end of season gave me a lot of cards on my reward chests and that I already have all the Soulbound summoners available to play. These summoners are quite special because they have a unique ability that will become more and more important in the battles as the seasons go on and as they level up, so let's talk about it.
Habilidad conscript.
Esta es una de las ultimas habilidades que se agregaron al juego y que lo han cambiado muchisimo. Por ahora es exclusiva de los invocadores Soulbound que se obtienen actualmente en las recompensas diarias y de temporada, asi que solo seis cartas en el juego la poseen y lo que hace es que te permite invocar cartas Gladius en tus batallas que no sean de guerra de guilds y cuando lo usas en esas batallas, puedes entonces usar dos cartas Gladius en lugar de una. Eso por si solo ya es una locura, pero lo mejor viene cuando empezamos a combinar cartas e idear estrategias.
Conscript skill.
This is one of the last abilities that were added to the game and that have changed the battles a lot and still doing it. For now it is exclusive to the new Soulbound summoners that you currently get in the daily and seasonal reward chests, so far only six cards in the game have it and what it does is it allows you to summon Gladius cards in your non-guild war battles and when you use it in those battles of brawls, then you can then summon two Gladius cards instead of one. That alone is already crazy and a great add to the game, but the best part of all of this comes when we start combining cards and coming up with strategies.
¿Las Gladius tienen potencial?
Las 32 cartas Gladius que existen ahora mismo tienen la particularidad de poseer la habilidad Bloodlust, que las hace muy peligrosas en una batalla, y hay de todas formas y colores, claro que unas mas poderosas que otras, dejando a Quora Towershead de un lado, que para mi es la carta mas poderosa y rota de todo el juego, y el que puedas usar una carta asi en tus batallas clasificatorias sin duda que te da un buff de poder muy grande, asi que si, para mi esta nueva habilidad tiene un potencial de uso muy grande.
Do Gladius cards have potential?
The 32 Gladius cards that exist right now have the particularity of possessing the Bloodlust ability, which makes them very dangerous in a battle, and there are all shapes and colors, of course some more powerful than others, leaving aside Quora Towershead, which for me is the most powerful and broken card of the whole game, and the fact that you can use a card like this in your qualifying battles certainly gives you a very large power buff, so yes, for me this new ability has a very large potential use.
Probando combinaciones.
Hay muchas y buenisimas estrategias que se pueden aplicar gracias a esta nueva habilidad, yo por ahora he encontrado dos que son buenisimas para rangos bajos, yo las he probado en Plata pero sirven perfecto para Bronce, en Oro la probaré algun dia cuando mi invocador me lo permita, la primera de ellas va de la mano de una de las Gladius mas poderosas que hay, Captain Katie.
Testing combinations.
There are many great strategies that can be applied thanks to this new Conscript ability, so far I have found two that are great for low ranks battles, I have tried them in Silver rank but they are perfect for Bronze rank because the level diference, in Gold I will try it someday when my summoner allows me, the first one goes hand in hand with one of the most powerful Gladius there is, Captain Katie.
Briar Patch + Explosive Weaponry - 34 Mana
En esta batalla me aprovecho del ruleset para potenciar a mi carta Gladius, como tiene la habilidad Snipe atacará muy seguramente a alguna carta en la linea secundaria, haciendo que el blast haga mas daño en area y que aumente la probabilidad de activar el bloodlust de mi carta Gladius, haciendola imparable.
El resto del mana lo utilizo para alinear cartas que le sirvan de escudo mientras se potencia o que le beneficien en algun sentido, como Time Mage que la ayuda a atacar mas rapido o como Venari Marksrat que al morir tambien le aumenta las estadisticas, por eso la coloco justo al lado, mi objetivo en esta batalla es que mi Venari muera lo mas rapido posible y le de potencia a Katie. Al final mi Captain Katie terminó asi:
In this battle I take advantage of the ruleset to boost my Gladius card, as Captain Katie has the Snipe ability it will surely attack a card in the secondary line, making the blast do more area damage and increasing the probability of activating the bloodlust of my Gladius card, making it unstoppable.
The rest of the mana I use to align cards on my team that serve to Captain Katie as a shield while she powers up or that benefit her in some way, like Time Mage that helps her to attack faster with the slow ability or Venari Marksrat that also increases her stats when she dies, so I place it right next to her, my goal in this battle is that my Venari dies as quickly as possible and gives Katie power. In the end my Captain Katie ended up like this:
Reverse Speed + Taking Sides - 20 Mana
Esta es una idea similar pero con menos mana, la base se mantiene igual, hacer que Captain Katie se potencie al máximo. Una de las razones por la que esta estrategia funciona tan bien es por ese ataque tan alto que tiene Katie, 3 puntos de daño magico es muchisimo para estos rangos donde no hay tantas habilidades de apoyo y las batallas no suelen tener mucho mana disponible, ademas para castearla necesitas solo 13 puntos de mana y tiene muy pocas debilidades reales.
Ten en cuenta que Thaddius Brood te destroza esta estrategia en un segundo, asi que cuida no spamearla mucho.
This is a similar idea but with less mana, the base remains the same, to make Captain Katie empowered to the maximum. One of the reasons why this strategy works so well is because of the high attack that Katie has, 3 points of magic damage is a lot for these ranks where there are not so many support abilities and the battles don't usually have much mana available, also to cast her you need only 13 points of mana and she has very few real weaknesses.
Keep in mind that Thaddius Brood will destroy this strategy in a second, so be careful not to spam it too much.
Tis but Scratches + Keep Your Distance - 21 Mana
Esta estrategia es parecida a la anterior pero aprovechandonos esta vez del vampirismo de Witch of Warnick. Esta batalla es una muestra excelente de por qué estos invocadores cuestan 2 puntos mas de mana en comparacion a los de Chaos Legion. Witch of Warnick es un veredicto de lo que es durabilidad gracias a su habilidad y su daño que va creciendo con cada kill.
This strategy is similar to the previous one with Life splinter but this time taking advantage of Witch of Warnick's vampirism and Death Splinter. This battle is an excellent example of why these summoners cost 2 more mana points compared to Chaos Legion. Witch of Warnick is a verdict of durability thanks to her ability and damage that grows with each kill.
¡Y es solo el principio!
Como ya mencione antes estas cartas llevan poco tiempo en circulacion y todavia falta por lo menos un año de su impresion, la mayoria de jugadores las tienen en niveles muy bajos o ni siquiera las tienen todavia en sus mazos, por lo que se puede decir que todavia no hemos visto el potencial real que tienen estas cartas. Hay una estrategia en especifico que quiero probar y es usando a Sola Ranjell combinada con la estrategia de Taunt y curacion al tanque del Splinter vida, el invocador funcionaria perfecto para eso por su bono de armadura, pero aun no tengo esa Gladius legendaria, asi que me toca seguir farmeando meritos hasta obtenerla.

And it's just the beginning!
As I mentioned before on this post these Soulbound cards have been in circulation for a short period of time and there is still at least a year to go with it, most players have them at very low levels or don't even have them in their decks yet, so it can be said that we haven't seen the real potential that these cards have yet. There is a specific strategy that I want to try and that is using Sola Ranjell combined with the Taunt strategy and healing the Splinter life tank, the summoner would work perfect for that because of its armor bonus, but I still don't have that legendary Gladius, so I have to keep on farming merits until I get it.
