This game is very, very good, I'm a big fan I admit it, but business is business, so you have to be careful, I'm doing these analyzes to have a real data to analyze to know how I'm doing in the game, financially speaking , in this post you will find the first part of this series, but from today I'm going to give you a weekly follow-up. This first week the points I am going to focus on are the following:

  • Correct the course of my investments to start creating the Snowball effect.
  • Use my rewards in Hive to invest in the game.
  • Compare between opening packs and buying cards in the market directly.
  • My progress in the season.

Let's start breaking them down and analyzing them one by one, so...

Correct the course of my investments to start creating the Snowball effect.

While I really enjoy the game and am confident in its future as a #play2earn, I am forced by external issues to stay on the sidelines with investments, but not investing is equal to earning little or nothing, so part by part, I am investing in improving My deck to be more competitive, the rewards from my posts on Hive have helped a lot in that, because I can earn money doing something that I really like, which is writing, and with that money I can invest in the game, which I also really like. But it's time to go one step further and create the Snowball effect, what does it consist of? in the game, having assets in your wallet makes you earn SPS, for example DEC or card packs, you can send that SPS to the stake to win vouchers or... you can turn it into a snowball, if you have X amount of DEC, you will earn X amount of SPS per day, if you trade that SPS for DEC, tomorrow you will have more DEC which translates into more SPS per day, if you repeat it and repeat it you will create a snowball that will become more and more big over time, and not only with the DEC, the card packs, the cards themselves, Liquidity Pools, Card skins... there are many possibilities and it is a way to grow organically.

Use my rewards in Hive to invest in the game.

As I mentioned in the previous point, this is the basis of this entire project because it is where the money is coming from, it seems wonderful to me that the time I invest here is rewarded, part (a large part) of my rewards I use to help myself in my day to day, because I live a quite complicated situation in my country, but everything I can, I invest in the game hoping to be better and in the future create a strong economy that is sustained with these foundations that I am creating now, and Without the help of the Splinterlands team that would not be possible, and I thank them very much for that, but continuing with the finances, so far I have made more than $200 in 3 months just by sharing my content on Hive, and that's just talking about the rewards. in liquid and not the Hive Power, or other healing projects like the #spt with @monster-curator, the #oneup with @flauwy or the #pgm with @zottone444, three projects that seem really good to me, as well as the #1upcartel that I'm still investigating.

Compare between opening packs and buying cards in the market directly.

For this example I will use the rewards of this post

And making it clear that opening packs will always be a lottery, so here the point of comparison is more of a reference, since there are two ways, to play it safe by buying the cards or betting on the packs. The idea is to use the rewards to buy two packs with their potions, open them and then spend that same amount of money on single cards and compare what you get between both parts, they are only two packs but this is a start and also a test, I prefer to play it safe, but everyone decides with their investments. Anyway, here is the result:

2 CL Packs (5.837 Hive on HE) + 10 LP + AP:

The first pack was pretty bad, 0.764 HIVE for the 2.91 HIVE it cost me, but amortized by the second pack of 12.01 HIVE for the 2.91 HIVE it cost me. The probability of this happening is 1.6% using the potion, so let's not call this luck, but what comes after that, still, congratulations to me!

1757.7 DEC (5.837 Hive on HE) + 0.89$ (Potions):

Using the same amount of money I was able to buy no less than 76 Chaos Legion common cards! But don't let their rarity fool you, these are everyday cards that I really like and that I will use a lot with the decks I will be playing.

Analyzing the data...

The two packs gave me 560 CP points, boosted by that legendary card, but as I said, the probability of this card appearing was quite low so it is still a lottery that in this case I won, and I am very happy about that, I want to clarify. The 76 common cards give me a total of 380 CP points, which is almost 200 points less than the two packs, but in quantity of cards the difference is absurd, besides they are cards that I am going to use and that I am interested in leveling up to enhance my deck, this time playing it safe was worse than betting, but in betting there is 50/50% chance of winning or losing, everything is a question of that, bet and risk or play it safe and if you can not choose between one option or another, why do not you do what I did? bet 50/50% and insure 50/50%, you do your own research and decide what is best for you, but I wish you the best of luck.

In this I invested 11,674 HIVE and this whole set in total is worth about 13 HIVE at the moment, so I have improved my deck a lot and I have earned money in the process, isn't Splinterlands great?

My progress in the season.

So far my performance in the season is going like this:

  • Day 1: Alchemy Potions x2

  • Day 2: DEC 12

  • Day 3: DEC 3, Legendary Potion

  • Day 4: Venari Heatsmith, Venari Wavesmith, Alchemy Potion

  • Day 5: Legendary Potion, Djinn Biljka, Venari Heatsmith Until this day the rents were: 114,589 DEC/Day

  • Day 6: Legendary Potion x2, Alchemy Potion, Pelacor Bandit Until this day the rents were: 224,366 DEC/day

Total: Alchemy Potions x4 Legendary Potions x4 DEC 15 Venari Heatsmith x2 Venari Wavesmith x1 Djinn Biljka x1 Pelacor Bandit x1

797.311 DEC invested that so far are in line with my earnings in rewards and are amortized a little with my daily income of DEC for victories (approximately 84 DEC per day) which is about 500 DEC, so up to this moment the season is flowing very very Good to me.

And finally, the results of the raffle!

In this post I made a raffle and today I bring you the results, as I said, the raffle is created by Sortea2.

There were 6 winners out of 8 participants, when making the crossing, the first six would obtain prizes:

Then, draw the 6 cards and to know which card each person receives, join card 1 of the draw, with the winner 1 and so on.

So:

I have already sent your letters, please confirm if they arrived and thank you all for participating, congratulations.
