i don't know why he does that but i for one i'm ready to see whales reduced greatly they are bad for most projects. Maybe they do that to remind folks if you buy that token then that person can pump the coin or whatever.. thats not what i see i see you got a big problem if they start to dump the coin and its bad for decentralization anyway to have centralized wealth and imbalance in the network i see those things as a red flag.
