That's unfortunate however i do think we have to consider the type of systems we create encourages alot of crime. Sometimes we participate in systems and we believe we have no responsiblity to the outcome of the systems. However when the negatives of the systems and their byproducts impact us. We think then that's wrong.

We don't feel the ills of the systems we create are wrong on other people until we become the victims of the victim. I think in the future the crime rate and theft will go ever higher. However we may want to consider how much our participation can encourage it.
