As we move into the twilight of the Marky Mark trial. The question has emerged can second layer tokens serve as a checks and balances to this oligarchy as it were not acting in the communities best interest.

Representation is key. The question i ask is are your views represented. I'm a bitcoin fan but if i'm honest at the end of the day bitcoin miners don't represent my interest necessarily.

I don't feel the hive oligarchy represents my interest either.

So we're now entertaining putting the hive oligarchy on trial. I"m afraid it's not so simple in a egalitarian system like the one we've created to jump up willy nilly and start charging people just because we don't like how they do things.

There has to exist grounds for this. So this would fall into the hands of the community.

I don't plan to charge the hive oligarchy with anything. This is up to those of you who feel they've abused you to make a case for the abuse in which it's impacted you as a member of bitcoin myk and indirectly or directly harmed bitcoin myk.

Now obviously harm to the hive price and hive ecosystem does impact second layer tokens so perhaps a case can be made some place there. However again this would be up to the community. We'd love to hear you guys thoughts and although i can't bring any particular charge to the oligarchy. Deep down i reject such systems and this is up to the community to charge them if you see fit with our support.

Comment below how has the hive oligarchy affected you.. in a positive or negative way?

Marky was charged and sentencing is coming soon. however the other people above are people of interest. All are considered innocent until proven guilty and will be treated as innocent people during trials.

No formal charges have been made for now
