Loving Hive, accumulating more hive throughout 2022

Throughout the bear market, I have been asking myself which crypto projects/tokens to sell off and which one i am going to keep, and which one i am going to accumulate more. So after digging more research, as expected, hive is one of my top projects that i want to get more of. So in the 2022 crypto bear market, I am still working hard to accumulate more hive.

When 2022 is over and I looked back, I am super happy that I just not hit my target that I set at the beginning of 2022, I even exceed by quite an amount. Currently, I am holding to 35k HP.

One of the most amazing thing in hive is that there are many small projects that are relevant to every users and benefit even small users like me. As you can see above, I delegated almost all my HP to this project/user @indiaunited.

So what does indiaunited do for me?? It has a weekly earning report for the delegators. As you can see from the picture below, I have delegated about 33k HP and I am able to collect 63 IUC tokens per week which is average about 9 IUC per day. The report also state the APR which is 10%.

IUC token is pegged to hive, so you can always go to hive engine to swap IUC to hive or vice versa. As you can see below, there is always a high buy order at 0.98 IUC and a high sell order at 1IUC.
So basically, I am getting almost 60hive/week or 250hive/month by doing nothing and waiting for the delegated hp to pay me hive passively.

Beside that method to accumulate more hive, I have also been converting my 20% interest from HBD saving to convert to hive since last nobember when I felt that the price of hive is at an attractive price. As you can see from the picture below, I have been taking out every month a rough amount from HBD saving.

I have also able to get quite a good amount of hive by

  1. several time for selling my dec, which I get from renting out cards, into hive
  2. 1-2 times for selling my sps into hive
  3. the juicy daily GLX airdrop which I have been selling for quite a few weeks into hive.
  4. Flipping on WOO presale with close to x10 profit

I will continue to find more ways to accumulate more hive. However, I will also not push myself to do so overboard that I may end up having phobia of it. Just like my blogging, I have blog 1-2 times per day for a whole month and after I am so sick of it that I quit blogging for a while to recharge myself. I am now back to blogging but it will be at my own pace.
