It may happen, but the chance of it happen is extremely low now. One very good reason is that the plenty of developers still flock to solana and cronos and bsc and polkadot, even layer 2 like IMX, matric are picking up. Let's just say cronos, only less than a month old but it already have like 7 AMM. Look at where Hive is going. The rate of adoption is still not picking up. However, that does not means that hive has no future. Hive does slowly pick itself too. Recently have the nft hive punk, at least now hive also have some nft. Tribes continues to grow strong. Splinterlands are breaking records, continue to be the highest number of active players across all crypto blockchain etc.
