Splinternoob Day 9: Stablised Earning
Background
With the new reward system, I have started a new Splinterlands journey with an alt account starting from scratch to see how far it can progress.
Day 9
This is how the start of day 9 looks like. Currently, End of Season Chest= 101 Rating = 2529 Focus = Earth again! As usual, we will compare these stat at the end of the day to see how much I can progress just with 1 day. But from the title, I think you more or less would have guessed. As the rating is quite stagnent, the RP won per match is around 9k. At the end of Part 1, I played a total of 10 matches within 25min with 5 win and 5 losses.
5 won matches are able to get me 19 daily chests. The EOS chest is slowly growing to 102. There is only a small increase in rating.
One of the disadvantage of earth focus for me is that for low mana, the obidsian summoner is not really helping much. There is hardly any low mana earth cl magic. As you can see above, my team dont even have a single magic monsters to take advantage of the summoner buff.
Another huge issue with earth is that it has limited anti-magic deck. So the only one I have that is anti-magic is failed summoner. Other than that, I dont have any monsters to protect against magic attack like void skills in cl edition. So comparing to water, the magic deck should be stronger for water.
Day 9 Part 2
Having list the above issue, I am quite happy with my performance in Part 2. Within 40 min, I played 15 matches with 8 wins, 1 draw and 6 losses. Now I am already contented with more than 50% win rate.

Daily Rewards
Rewards: 24 chests for 3 common, 2rare, 8 legendary potion, 2 alchemy, 55DEC, total worth about $0.62
Today seems to have a higher number of legendary potion but having 2 rare is also can consider better luck.
