Need to delegate one of my main weakness.

I'm looking for people from our LEO community who enjoys doing something that I don't really enjoy doing.

I need brutally honest feedback so I can get better and we can grow together with HIVE.

I want to reward 5 people for telling me what to do and keep me focused on my long-term HIVE vision. Those people will have to work independently and will have flexibility and freedom.
