I feel everyone should backpacking at least once in a lifetime. And I'm sure future generations will probably able to do this multiple times.

Did the traveling part help you a lot to improve?

I would write a big blog about it. In simple terms, I learned that there is no such thing as called happy country and happy people exist everywhere. I learned to live simply.
